Why do so many of you hate me? Why is it that when I post an essay like this you totally ignore it and continue making snide remarks? It is completely as if you all didn't read the essay.

Well just so I can say I tried, coupled with the fact that it is 2:15 am and I am slightly bored at the moment, I did read the first half of the essay. A lot of your points are pretty fascinating, although I still think the reason you are getting flack is because of some of the things you've posted, the fact that it is a biased source with no credibility aside from the quotes, and that both Jermaine Jackson and the Rush Hour 2 director should not be considered reliable sources.

While writing the essay, I gathererd "every" bit of info I could; as with most things, some of it is weaker than others, yes, but when taken as a whole...
And the peoplewho give me flack? Their problem.
When defending someone on such a serious issue, you can't have weaker things. The "whole picture" doesn't matter.

Read the essay. Unfortunately, there are those who will always say that he's guilty without a doubt, no matter what happens. So fine. He's guilty. He deserves to die. Happy? Yes you are.
I don't think anyone in this thread said they want him to die.
And I was merely commenting that to really make a case for his innocence (especially because you are biased) you really shouldn't have any weak sources, which YOU admitted to.

There are not any weak "sources," per say, but as with "anything," some things are stronger than others.
Read the essay and you'll see what I mean.
You don't think quoting his brother isn't a biased source?
Edit: Finished reading your paper. Again, you would have had much more of an effect on the reader if you weren't clearly biased. It would be obvious to ANYONE that you are a big fan of his. If you were to write from a non-biased point of view, you would have more credibility.

I just put it in there, along with other quotes by other people might I add. Jermaine is human; what he says is common sense. He is not saying or implying that his brother should be treated differently because of his fame, nor is he saying that anybody is above anybody else ... he is speaking about human issues; the human condition.

Sweetie, I've read your "essay" more than once. It's not a fact based accounting but rather a biased discussion of Jackson's arrest. It's your own personal view. I was going to address it point by point. Then I realized so many of the answers were obvious if one just utilized some critical thinking skills.
Why were there "hoards" of FBI and police executing the warrants? Because it's a FREAKING estate. An estate. How many buildings? How many facilities? How many rooms to search? How many acres on the property?
Why were the handcuffs put on Jackson when he arrived? Because he was within their jurisdiction and at that point they were able to place Jackson under arrest.
Why were the cuffs then taken off at the police station? Because he was at the police station. There's no longer a flight risk. He is in freaking custody. Handcuffs are removed. Don't you think it would be a tad difficult to fingerprint someone for pictures and prints if they still wore handcuffs? Have you ever watch one episode of COPS?
Bail is based on many criteria. I'm in fact surprised to see his bail was only set at 3 million and not 300 million. Have you ever watch one episode of THE PRACTICE?
Bail is to insure that someone doesn't flee prior to their court appearance. A judge looks at the heinousness of a crime. Child molestation is considered far more heinous than drug dealing. There's a child victim involved. So someone with unlimited resources, like money, a private jet, connections, should have bail set far higher than a street level drug dealer despite what some rapper at an awards ceremony thinks.
But then you likened Jackson to Jesus Christ. As a misunderstood Jesus Christ.
That's when I realized you weren't just some young idealistic kid. You are someone who really has deep disturbing issues. Yes, you have issues.
I suggest you get some help. Seek a professional therapist. And soon. You know, sometimes children who have been abused identify with their abuser. It's a coping mechanism. Get some help. Break the cycle before it starts again because I believe that something just isn't right in your reasoning.
Hey TMM, One question for you, not about the whole 'Wacko screwing 6 year olds' thing. Why the hell did he dangle his kid over the balcony of a hotel? How does that constitute saneness?

Read the essay
No.
As I mentioned earlier, and etoile has proven, it's a one sided, waste of my time.
Get help.
Im not reading your one-sided 'arguementative essay'. I guess trying to discuss this with you would be a moot point. Who knows. I guess I will never know the logic of letting a baby dangle over the balcony of a hotel, but then again I wont ever get the appeal of having sex was a child. Glad you support Wacko, TMM. He will need someone to write him letters when is found guilty one day.

Ugh. That twisted, sick piece of garbage MJ is still getting attention?
And stop saying "read the essay" like you're some kind of authority figure. The lengths people will go to defend celebrities--as if they have some special, personal connection to them--is ridiculous.
Great pic PalJoey. Did anyone read the essay. You lost me at "I am sick. I am sick of the berating of Michael Jackson."
I miss tmm_fan!
