Cirie would've won over anyone. Terry is the only one who could have a shot... so Terry could've won with the "played the hardest" vote.

At least i wasnt a "under the radar" Vacepia win this time.

I hate when that happens (under the radar).

It is smart strategy, tho. It wins more often than not.

"Danielle deserved nothing....she sailed. She one one immunity challange, ok...so it was the big one, but she did basically nothing."

I totally disagree. No matter what, you don't end up in the final two by doing nothing unless someone carried you along simply because you would be an obvious loser. That was not the case in this Survivor. Not only did she win the most important immunity challenge, but Cirie's strategy was wiping out the most obvious loser choices for the final two (Courtney and Shane). And then beat Cirie in the tie-breaker. As Danielle said, she chose her alliances carefully and she managed to dodge the crossfire and come out on top when it counted the most. It didn't get her the million, but I think she played with more "honesty and integrity" than the self-righteous yogi or the arrogant and smug pilot. At least Danielle didn't try to hide the fact that she had to deceive others to get where she was. Cirie was playing EVERYONE and she knew exactly what she was doing and she STILL would have won, so pretending that a final two alliance bond will remain unbroken until the end is not only naive, it's a very poor strategy if you can't expect the dynamics of the game to change on a daily basis.

And Shane was the biggest jerkoid hypocrite of them all. He wanted to quit twice, kept swearing on his son's name, then wanted it taken back because, what? His son would drop dead? He was such a nasty psycho drama queen. And I hope he watched the series thinking, "God, do I really walk like that?" Ugh! Shane is one of those people who simply cannot be reasoned with because in the moment, they cannot fathom that they are wrong. They might realize it in hindsight, but it's always too late.

I wish we could have seen more of Aras allegedly swearing on his yoga.

Exactly my point above, MM, and I had to hand it to Courtney, the other one I couldnt stand this season, who was just as dissed as Shane was by Cirie, Aras and Danielle and forgave them and moved on. He had a few days to figure this out before his tirade at the final judging and was obviously still delusional that he was playing a fair game. He'd have to sell someone out eventually, they just didnt give him the opportunity. I was just sorry he made it to the jury at all.

I think some of the "under the radar" winners did deserve it because they were strategizing, like Danielle. Sandra played a great game, imo. Tina and Vacepia, not so much.

I am glad that Jeff pointed out the father-son dynamic between Terry and my boyfriend Aras, except as I watched this season, I kept hoping for a daddy-boy dynamic between the two of them, if you know what I mean ...

I just didn't find Aras that attractive. Meh. I thought physically, Terry, Mike (?), Austin and Jeff were all more attractive than Aras.

Survivor hasn't held my interest for a while. I used to like the whole Lord of the Flies vibe, but I think the show has gotten watered down because people are worried about how they act on the show now and how it will cause them to be viewed by the American public.

Cirie should have won, she played the game the best. Every time she was in danger of being voted out she manipulated the other players so she stayed. and then near the end she took control and helped get rid of courtney and shane. She was awesome and i was sad to see her lose the fire challenge.

when ducks grow thumbs then maybe my opinion will change.

I was totally rooting for Terry, but oh well.

Danielle was VERY hot - total natural beauty.
