Do they still give out awards on this show? Last I checked it was 3 1/2 hours of rapping and one or two country pop tarts singing. You can't pay me to watch the Grammy Awards when ONCE UPON A TIME, REVENGE, THE AMERICANS and DOWNTON ABBEY are on at the same time.

It's background noise right now and won't last. Bought the Jean Harlow TCM Greatest Classics set and have the feeling my time will be better spent with the documenary on one of the discs or watching "Dinner at Eight" Or "Libeled Lady."

Will check the Grammy site to see the non-televised awards but otherwise, don't give two craps.

Ehhh...I might watch for some of the performances. I'm still a little peeved that in the age of twitter, facebook, and live blogging , CBS still refuses to allow the Grammys to air live here on the west coast like almost every other major awards show (sans the Tonys).

I'm very happy for Kelly. She deserved it. It was also nice to see Carrie Underwood win earlier. They ARE TRUE American Idols.

Clarkson's Tennessee Waltz was stunning. Would also like a full recording. I only thought Norah Jones came close to doing that song justice.
