ATHF is no doubt an aquired taste, and I love it. Love this one sheet too. It's so...subtle!

It's an acquired taste but can it support an entire film? There are no plots to any of the episodes! The film will probably end up feeling like an extremely looooooooong experimental film.
ATHF is animated inertia: Nothing happens and yet it's amusing either way.
The only people who are gonna like this are fans like myself. I agree that there is a VERY limited audience for it.
Still, that poster is hilarious!

It's going to make DEAD MAN look epic!
Haha.
I know. No one I know gets this show. It's not even that funny, I just love the characters. Master Shake cracks me up. Everything he says makes me laugh. When there are "plots" (term used very loosely) they are so absurd.
Do you watch it?
AQTHF is incredible. Count me in as a fan. I don't care if I sit in the theatre for 80 to 85 minutes of a plotless film as I know I will be laughing my ass off the entire time. That poster is one of the best things I've ever seen. Human Carl is amazing, can't wait to buy and frame it. Count me in on opening day. Count me in on seeing it again April 20th (wink wink) And count me in on buying the DVD the minute is comes out. Long Live AQTHF!!
Oh and Cruel, don't let me catch you bashing Dead Man.
Not that I intentionally looked or anything, but Carl's bulge is huge in that poster!

DEAD MAN is an amazing film. I'm just saying that its leisurely pace will seem epic when compared to ATHFCMFFT.
Dennis Franz MUST PLAY Carl!
I love this show and can't wait for the movie to come out!

That looks a bit like the Bat out of Hell album art....
MUST. SEE. THIS.
I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change, taz.
P.S.: Did you pick up on my new sig yet?
No, I hadn't. But it is hilarious.
Master Shake has always reminded me of some weird hybrid of Nathan Lane/Jerry Lewis on crack.
I love his voice. That inflection of superiority. It's just one of those things that makes you laugh, even though you have no idea why.
Break a leg tomorrow night, btw.
He's like a modern day Mrs. Malaprop(how's that for some theatre history on the OT board). He is so commited to what he says and thinks no matter how far off base and his double talk when proved wrong is just amazing.
And thanks!
He reminds me of so many posters on this board.
two words:

It's a parody of the art from the movie Heavy Metal...
