Looking back, the guy who played their dad was kinda hot.
I don't remember "Girls of Rock & Roll". How does it go?
Jacob, there's a link to the video on the first page of this thread.

"Girls of Rock 'n Roll" is the best part of the movie
Oh, how I used to rock out to that song when I was younger...or, in the car last week.
Does anyone else cry during the part with the baby penguin?
I love Miss Miller...
"David! Are you drunk!"
"Never in all my life have I seen such wreckless driving!!!"
"Come on to my house, my house, I'm gonna give you candy!!!"

lol! Miss Miller...
I loved the way the Chipettes called her. lol
David: "Alvin's behaving himself?"
Miss Miller: "He is? Well, that's good!"
David: "Is Alvin Available?"
Miss Miller: "Available for what!!!???"
Miss Miller would be a wonderful next door neighbor!!

Did anyone else see that video of the Chipmunks where they covered all the classic rock tunes? Like Alvin performed as Jimi Hendrix, Michael Jackson, etc. And they even did the "Beat It" video? I used to love that video.
I used to LOVE the ones where they re-did popular movies. My favorite one was BACK TO ALVIN'S FUTURE. God, I loved that one.
And "Honey, We Shrunk the Adults".
oh god.
why are they gangsters?
Sorry, but the whole "gangsta" look on the Chipmunks ruins it for me. It looks atrocious.

Who the hell is managing Jason Lee's career? Not only is he Dave Seville, he's the voice of Underdog!
i hardly think Jason Lee has much couth about what he does with his career. he made his start doing Kevin Smith movies, after all.
i always suspected that the chipmunks were wiggers.

"Underdog" and now this! They have to go back to the 1960's to turn tired old cartoons into films? Who is the audience for this stuff? These shows were on decades ago. Have they been rerunning them or updating them somewhere? I know the "Alvin Show" was in Prime Time back in the day on CBS but swiftly moved to Saturday Mornings where it was rerun for years. As for "Underdog", where has he been?
I work in CG a lot, and I'm looking at this and thinking this is SO INCREDIBLY WRONG. But some marketing honcho no doubt figured this is the best (and easiest) way to pander to what they *want* as an audience... and I'll bet right now that the soundtrack will be wall to wall, decade-old rap.
What a crappy waste of CG space.
The only Chipmunk movie for me is the Cartoon where they race around the world!
