i will have to catch casey after dwts. this is my only reality show night - lol
usually, i don't get him. he really sounds like larry the lamb to me which i know i have said before. i do find him charming though.
i only find one or two a standout really and i think a female will win this year. the days of a tamira gray, carrie, kelly or adam are not carrying over to this particular season.
as the x factor was the demise of pop idol in the UK (which actually had a very large girl win the second season even after the judges agonized on putting her through for "her look") i think the x factor in the US may be the demise of Idol. I love the x factor.

God, Tim Urban is cute.
eta: I just saw a song list on VFTW. Katie is singing "Chain of Fools." I think I'll just go pour bleach in my ears now.

yes Jane...but i really really like him. his smile, his personality. i just wish he could sing better. i hated that they called him back over the young 16 year old who was really really good who cried his eyes out and simon said "you did nothing wrong" at first, but now i see why they did.
i still think Kara is a b**ch

That's about the only good thing to come from Chris Brown in a long time.
Jane, don't get me wrong, he sucked and his faces were verging on creepy, but afterwards, during the judging, I found myself getting all mushy.

I do find myself very inappropriately attracted to Tim. But only during judging. Or when the tv is on mute.

that's what i mean. that kind of personality after judging, or during it, cannot be faked. he is who he is. as a mom, i would be proud of him :)
now i never get what they say about Andy. his vocals are always similar. he can sing the phone book as they say. i love his voice. it's not like Katie who butchers songs. and yet, now he is good but has no personality. last week ( i think he sang it just fine)he sucked apparently. i just have always really liked andy and his voice. probably the most out of the guys. he reminds me of Jesse Cook (Fall at your Feet)
Katie isn't butchering this as bad as i thought (the back up singers helped)

katie is NOTHING like a young Christina. no way, no how! Christina could sing amazing at age 3. (from E true hollywood style)
yes Simon it is crazy...she does not have the potential. love her hate her, Christina is one amazing vocalists. i don't go too much on the trilling, but wow i love her voice.
Kara is wrong. and again, she just proved it. IMO

I am not a trained singer but it sounded good to me.
I still think shes adorable. But I wonder if I would like her as much if she wasn't a hometown girl.

Crystal suddenly looks like Dianne Wiest.
Piper, he pressured her to say why the song made her so emotional, and she very obviously didn't want to answer, but he still felt the need to tell everyone she was singing it "about someone." Fortunately he didn't say who. She was not pleased.
