I love how one word was added to each subsequent post.
Girly's not silly, it's WRQ who is!
OMG. I have absolutely no clue how that happened!
I barely go away from the board and girly practically becomes a regular Buffy thread poster!
We'll convert you yet. I think you'd like the show.
No Buffy dreams here, though. None that I could remember at least. This guy show up for any of you?
Ah, the Cheese Guy. Joss was apparently in his German art film phase.
I was just looking in a screencap gallery for that episode. So many pretty pictures. Whether or not you like the whole art film thing, you have to admit there were some pretty shots.
And Alyson and Amber sure looked fun...nice that Joss was sure to give something to the fanboys, too.
I'm sorry, I'm a little busy right now. I've learned to drive my car by gesturing emphatically.
I was about to ask if you guys heard Joss' explanation of the Cheese Guy, but then I remembered it was on the DVD commentary--so of course you did.
There are so many fun little bits in Joss' commentaries. One of the few DVD commentaries I would watch more than once.
And wickedrentq, I'm sure there are some people that haven't heard the commentaries, and I for one am always up for hearing more Restless theories/explainations, so post away.

Hooray! I love restless. What's everyone's favorite dream sequence? Mine is Giles', simply bcs anything that involves Anthony Stewart Head singing is automatically wonderful.
Everyone overanalyzed cheese guy. Joss said there's always these random aspects of dreams that make no sense--that was cheese guy. Random, nonsensical aspect of dreams.
Okay, I know this has been mentioned about a gazillion times before but I re-watched "The Body" last night and Anya's speech is JUST TOO MUCH!!!
And it's one of Whedon's strokes of genius not to use any kind of music in that episode...
*wants to cry like a baby again*
Gah. I hate you all right now as I'm going through Buffy with the BF, mostly on weekends.
Only now, geek that he is, he has to finish his project (he's a comic book artist) and needs the entire weekend. Which means no Buffy, unless I decide to hole up with an entire tub of Hagen Daaz, grab the pooch, and watch some of my faves.
I prefer Buffy with Ben & Jerry's...
Nah, Carvel is the best!
Today is total packing day, so here's hoping I can figure out how to do most of it in my room so I can watch Buffy while I do it.

I know this is the Buffy thread but this is somewhat relevant. since I've been awake for work most weekdays the last few weeks I've been watching the 2 episodes of Angel they show on TNT at 6 am, and they are currently in the final season. I still cry a little bitch every time i see the end of You're Welcome (cordy's last episode). It was so unfair what happened to Angel and Her.
ZONEACE, you cry? I would've never guessed.

Oh yeah, like a bitch.
So I made it through Reptile Boy yesterday. Gah, I looove the 2nd season.
But I was doing some thinking as I watched, and I can't get over what a good episode "When She Was Bad" was. Just the idea behind it. How many times on these shows do people fight, narrowly avoid death, etc, and just move on and whistle a happy tune? Like so many other episodes, Joss considered how a person would really feel after experiencing that.
