WRQ - you probably already know this, but I just saw a note from a James Marsters (Spike) fan:
JAMES MARSTERS has been set as a co-lead in the feature film “P.S. I Love You” for Alcon Entertainment. The film stars Hilary Swank, Kathy Bates, GERARD BUTLER, Lisa Kudrow and Gina Gershon. James will portray the role of ‘John’, the best friend and partner of Gerard Butler’s character.
The film is based on the novel by Cecilia Ahern and will be directed by Richard LaGravenese. The picture centers on a widow whose life is rejuvenated when letters left by her husband send her on a series of adventures. Production will begin mid-October. The film will be distributed by Warner Bros.
Great news, Mamie! Also, Willow (Alyson Hannigan) continues to play Lily on "How I Met Your Mother", Julie Benz just started reappearing on air as Michael C. Hall's girlfriend in the showtime series, "Dexter", and I believe Charisma Carpenter has some episodes of Veronica upcoming...
Well, I certainly knew about Gerry's involvement with the film, but not James'! Awesome. This is going to be a wonderfully acted film. Since the awful Dracula 2000, Gerry's been picking excellent films to be in; I have no doubt this will fall under this distinctin as well.
Very excited!
God, that's too hard!
Season 1: Nightmares
Season 2: Passion
Season 3: Gingerbread
Season 4: Hush
Season 5: The Body/The Gift
Season 6: Once More, With Feeling/Normal Again
Season 7: Conversations with Dead People/Chosen
I'm not even going to try...but Once More, With Feeling, always makes me far too happy.
I have the soundtrack for Once More,With Feeling.
Yes, it's my favorite episode. Yes, I'm a dork.
"Yes, the brutalities of progress are called revolutions. When they are over, men recognize that the human race has been harshly treated but it has moved forward." - Les Miserables
S1: Angel
S2: Halloween (though I think Becoming is the best)
S3: Amends
S4: Hushed
S5: Blanking on the name...Buffy realizes Spike loves her and Dru comes out and he ties them both up
S6: Once More With Feeling/Tabula Rosa
S7: The Storyteller
I think most of us on this thread have the soundtrack Marvelous
Most people think I'm a ridiculous dork to own it. But at least some other folks have it, and that's good... because I feel less dorky.

Hmmm...Kitzy might be making a trip to Tulsa for this! Depends on if I'm back from Hawaii yet. And also how much it costs--I also want to see "The Little Mermaid" in Denver this summer.
It costs proabley like $15
I have a 'Once More...' sing along every time I play the DVD.
Did anyone here get the first issue of the Season 8 comic book that came out this week? I had never been in a comic book store in my life, and must have looked completely clueless when I walked in because a sales guy came up to me right away and asked if he could help me find something, lol. But I have to have this comic, because I have to know what happens in "Season 8"!
There's a thread about the comic book, a few people gave early reviews.
Here.
I am new to this thread but i LOVE buffy!!!!!
Hehe, I was just reading transcripts of the episodes because I don't own the DVDs.
I was just playing the DVD with "The Body" on it this morning. This one always leaves me sobbing (particularly after Anya's 'I don't understand' monologue). To get another view of the show, I played the version with Joss' commentary. He gave a lot of technical info re each scene but when it came to the scene in the dormatory with Willow and then Anya, he had to stop talking. He said he just couldn't talk over that because it always made him cry. You could tell from the break in his voice that it was happening again right then.
Fantastic episode with absolutely incredible acting by every member of the cast.
Watched Hush the other day. I miss me some Buffy and think I'll start on season 1 again soon.....as soon as I finish Smallville (which is kinda like buffy with kryptonite).

True Blood made me appreciate how well planned and woven Buffy was most of the time.
I love this segment from the 2011 Dragon Con event. Pretty much every comment from the panel is funny and interesting. Eliza Dushku is such a firecracker:
'I think Faith kinda swang both ways.'
