My phantom roommate (her **** was here Sunday, unpacked Wednesday, and I still haven't seen her) has the Buffy season 6 and 7 DVDs, here...sitting in our room...just sitting.

I'm bumping this cause my "Sunnydale High School", "Joss Whedon is my master now" and Buffy logo tank top arrived the other day. I love them, and I wanted to share. :)
Though, when I wore the Sunnydale High one, most people asked me if I went there...

I just watched the first ep. of Veronica Mars where Allyson Hannigan and Chrisma Carpenter shared screentime -- between that and Joss Whedon in a cameo earlier last season, I'm hoping we get to see some more Buffy alums in Neptune this year :)

It should be fun. I have yet to see a single episode. (Yes, I'm a BUFFY virgin.) I tried getting it at the library and through inter-library loan, but none of them in my state seem to have it as part of their DVD collection. Come to think of it, Blockbuster didn't have it, either. I wonder why that is? They have other shows. And now I'm rambling, so I'll end this now.

I wanna go again with some friends this time, since I only got in the last minute alone last time.

I'm gonna go with Singer, and we're gonna have a bit of our earlier karaoke plans.

well, yeah! I think they said ti was coming back in November, so I'll swing by the IFC site from time to time to see if they'll be doing multiple dates.

It's back November 10 in the "at Midnight" series.
The Beales of Grey Gardens is also up again (that's the additional footage documentary companion to the original Grey Gardens doc).

Do you know when tickets go on sale? Are they onsale already?

(You know because I heard they soldout really fast, if you are on and I'm not when the tickets go on sale...and wanna get 2, and I'll pay you back for one. You know I'm good for it. I'll answer to Mamie if I don't. She's scary.)

Ooh, perhaps we can do some pre-Buffy singalong practice that night.

You have to volunteer to be Cordelia in a scene. I'll bring a video camera and post it for all of BWW to see.

Or if you're Anya and you're picked as the best, you get to wear a bunny costume and hop across the stage during "Bunnies." What great BWW moments we'd have!

WRQ - you probably already know this, but I just saw a note from a James Marsters (Spike) fan:

JAMES MARSTERS has been set as a co-lead in the feature film “P.S. I Love You” for Alcon Entertainment. The film stars Hilary Swank, Kathy Bates, GERARD BUTLER, Lisa Kudrow and Gina Gershon. James will portray the role of ‘John’, the best friend and partner of Gerard Butler’s character.

The film is based on the novel by Cecilia Ahern and will be directed by Richard LaGravenese. The picture centers on a widow whose life is rejuvenated when letters left by her husband send her on a series of adventures. Production will begin mid-October. The film will be distributed by Warner Bros.

Great news, Mamie! Also, Willow (Alyson Hannigan) continues to play Lily on "How I Met Your Mother", Julie Benz just started reappearing on air as Michael C. Hall's girlfriend in the showtime series, "Dexter", and I believe Charisma Carpenter has some episodes of Veronica upcoming...
