How about the whole "My TARDIS. MINE..." and the fanboy moment that followed after Tennant left? Tim's reaction to seeing the person behind him was priceless!
Awwww. David Tennant = LOVE

That was bittersweet for me! I know he was joking and I laughed, but I couldn't help thinking he's gotta start letting the TARDIS go, anyways.
Considering who the person behind him was, I'm surprised he didn't freak out slightly more! Or maybe that would have just been me.
I would have turned around, saw him, and then jumped on him with a HUGE hug. lol
I think my reaction would have been similar to Tim's.
Just soooo funny. "arms traders"

That was awesome *g* I also may have jumped on him (when I recovered from the shock!)
David T was at John Barrowman's concert in Cardiff on Sat!! It was very amusing as my Mum and I were sat next to another mother and daughter when the daughter turns to me and says 'excuse me my Mum is dying to tell someone that David Tennant is sat up there' (pointing to a balcony) sure enough there he was! Soon after the whole audience seemed to notice so he stood up and waved! Then when Barrowman was back on he mentioned the 'Tonights the Night' episode and put the lights up on David who stood up (proudly wearing his 'Team Barrowman' t shirt) and took a bow. Then Barrowman told the audience 'Now leave him alone and let him watch the show!'
It was a very sweet moment and David didn't really seem to mind a massive cheer from the crowd!!
Someone posted a video of John announcing his presence up on YT. WEre those Team Barrowman shirts for sale?
Was I seeing thing or was that Georgia Moffat sitting next to him in that balcony?

I think it was smart of John to point him out. Ignoring it would have been like ignoring the big elephant in the room. I also love how John has no problem in saying yeah he's here, but this is about me.
The t-shirt was clever, and its statement is clear. I didn't see who was sitting next to him, but from what I've been told I guess it's likely.
And John sounds amazing. That's a great song! Why didn't they ever do a musical episode for Doctor Who?!
Wouldn't have been the first time David's done a musical program... Blackpool, anyone? (Even though that was more lip synching to recorded songs.)
The T-shirt was one of the ones for sale at the concert pretty cute but they aren't fitted so I didn't buy one (non-fitted t-shirts make me look 3 times my size lol!)and yes as far as I could see that was Georgia Moffat, not sure who else was in the box.
Wonderful concert all round as always from Barrowman! I only wish I was going to his Albert Hall gig on the 1st!
I wish John would come back to DC and do a concert here -- he appeared on the Millenium stage about 10-12 years ago, but I wasn't here at the time. He's going to be in Chicago next month, but just for a weekend, for a fan convention but it's too expensive (and I don't have the time) to go
Yes we are lucky to have so much of Barrowman here! That Chicago event did seem very expensive (well even more if you had to fly from the UK ) we are very spoiled here, especially in Cardiff.
So Dr Who finally wrapped on the Tennant/Davies era last week, instead of feeling sad I'm resolved to looking forward to spotting the real 'Next Doctor' out and about in July!!

John Barrowman fascinates me. I've seen snippets of his performance in Company and I think he was magnificent. I'd love to see him in something.
So they are finished?! That is so exciting! I can't WAIT to see it!
I think if they focus on the product, and try not to make it into something it's not,the next season could be really awesome.
Yes they finished last Friday, Russell T Davies was on our local news and confirmed DT finished on Thursday with the last day of filming being Friday with a party that night!
News today from Lizo Mizimba (entertainment correspondant for BBC and bearer of lots of Who Scoop!) that DT will be in an episode of 'The Sarah Jane Adventures' and that a script for a Dr Who Movie had indeed been sent for consideration!!!
Will David be the Doctor in SJA? And will he be part of the movie?
JB fascinates me as well... not quite sure why. That "je ne sais quois" factor I guess.

For the longest time I thought John was English, and I'm not sure why. Maybe it is because he was in Anything Goes? I don't know.
They really can't keep anything under wraps! I think everyone was speculating he was gonna be in an episode of The Sarah Jane Adventures. I sorta would really love him to play another character besides the Doctor, though honestly, I can't imagine him playing anyone else. Oooh, maybe a villain-that could be fun to watch.
And a Doctor Who movie could be AWESOME. As long as it was released here in the states as well!
"Oooh, maybe a villain-that could be fun to watch."
I believe if you check out SECRET SMILE, you'll find him a bit of a villian. From what I've read of the plot, his character starts a relationship with a young woman who breaks it off after she catches him snooping in her diary. He apparently doesn't take rejection very well, and from what I gather, things get creepy. I'm reluctant to watch this because I don't like this kind of stuff, but we shall see...
Re John, I remember seeing him on a Royal Variety show once when I was living overseas (on TV) and wondering why an American was acting as a presenter.
DT will be the Doctor in Sarah Jane-aparently helping her 'fight off her biggest enemy yet' and it will be a proper guest role not just a cameo. As for the movie nothing has got out yet only the confirmation that the script his written, though as RTD has said he wont write for 11th Doctor I'd guess it was 10, unless it's Paul McGann
For some reason I thought Barrowman had one British parent but was brought up in the states until I saw him in Who and then learned more about him, who knows where I got that from!!
His parents are great though his Dad was teasing a girl I sat next to at the concert pretending to shake his drink over her, causing my Mum to say 'well we know where he gets it from' lol
I read the BBC article about the show, and it sounds very interesting. Now I need to catch up with series 2 of the SJA. I saw the first series via Netflix, as it's available on dvd here, but the second series hasn't yet appeared in the U.S.
Like father, like son, apparently! LOL

I've been watching a tv series by Steven Moffat and it's really getting me excited about him being the new writer for Doctor Who. Blink was one of my favorite episodes, so I knew his scenarios were clever, but I didn't realize how funny his writing can be.
Which series? Is it JEKYLL by any chance? If not, I HIGHLY recommend it. It's not usually my kind of program, but I was hooked from the beginning, and the ending floored me.
Oh, wait you said funny -- COUPLING?
BTW, from something I read somewhere, it sounds like Sarah Jane may be getting married sometime during the next series.

Yeah, I've been watching Coupling. I have a thing for Jack Davenport.
I saw Davenport on the London stage a few years ago -- it was Lady Windermere's fan, which starred Vanessa Redgrave and her daughter Joely Richardson in the title role.
Do give JEKYLL look. It really is excellent.
LOVED Jekyll
Wasn't Jekyll fantastic? The only reason I got it was because Steven Moffat wrote it, and I was not disappointed. It's going to be interesting to see what he comes up with for Dr. Who series 5.
