They could also show the underrated "Glory Days," which featured Emily VanCamp and the chick from "without a trace"
I think it only lasted about 4 episodes
history will be made tonite...
farewell to the wb
The WB has had some great shows---too bad they cancelled Everwood to bring back 7th Heaven.
WHAAAAAAAAAT??!! WHY?! WHY won't they let that crap DIE!!?? Grrr...anyway, I'll be watching the Buffy. THAT was quality television (at least until the last season...).
in a cruel twist of fate, it seems that my local cable network has already gotten rid of the wb so i cannot see the network sign-off into history.
i do, however, still have its red-headed stepsister, upn. bluck.
Wow. Watching the Felicity pilot is a totally different experience now that I'm actually in college.
It's really cool watching the real Buffy pilot, having just watched the unproduced, cheap, fake-Willow pilot.
I think it was weird having the Angel pilot in there though--especially before Buffy. I think Charmed would have been better.
Or I would have looved if it were Popular! Ah well.

Just wanted to mention that I didn't realize until re-watching it just now that hottie Josh Holloway (from Lost) was a vampire who dot dusted in the first few minutes of the premiere episode of Angel. *sigh*
OK, off to channel-surf now...
ETA: Found a pic. Scary!!! hehehe

I forgot how much I liked Dawson when it first came on. I also forgot about Pacey's affair with the teacher! Leanne Hunley! She also played Anna on Days Of Our Lives. SOOOO hot.
Nice to see Katie when she was normal.

He's hotter now, of course... IMHO
OMG...I watched, and totally missed that. Thanks for pointing it out.
Well, that was just sad.
I'm glad they showed him.
I got a little sad when they said: "The CW news at 10". I'm going to miss the WB, for some unexplainable unknown reason.
That was really fun to watch. I'd forgotten how much better Dawson's Creek was in its first seasons than the later ones.
RIP WB...you provided some of the top television of my adolescence and will be sorely missed.

And since you posted that late-in-the-series promo shot for Angel, I needed to post this, too.
Glenn played "Doyle" for the first half of the first season. (And I, for one, loved his character.) "Doyle" was killed off in late 1999, and then, sadly, Glenn died just three years later.
