I loved the whiny comment she let slip, "How can I stay in the house without him?" Who said he's leaving, Shelli? That "secret" about Austin they revealed to James was so HILARIOUSLY desperate and lame. And in the end, all they really said to James was that they were willing to throw anyone under the bus any time they feel threatened.
Oh, and how gross was that drunken moment between Meg and Clay?!?! UGH! I actually liked Meg until that point. And I'd love to see Shelli's reaction to that clip. My boyfriend and I were squirming the whole time like we were watching a particularly gruesome episode of Grey's Anatomy.
Now, I just hope Vanessa can get a grip.
Dear vapid, wishy-washy houseguests, SEND SHELLI HOME TONIGHT! You will not win if she stays another week.
Farewell Clay. Sorry you went out so passively. I will miss looking at your perky butt. I hope you and Shelli are very happy and have a long and loving marriage.
I don't know why they all fell in line to vote out Clay when Shelli is so clearly the bigger threat, both in brains and brawn. Clay already looked like he had given up whereas Shelli seems pissed as hell and ready to fight.
Shelli also appears to be WAY more into Clay than he is into her. Was Clay just trying to save some face by saying that Meg was essentially a huge slut/tease in the house? Julie had quite the reaction to that!

I don't understand keeping her. He had no game and would be easy to pick off later. I hate the "house mentality". I hope others take James' example and grow some balls.
Keeping Shelli was one of the dumbest decisions ever. I'm hoping that they will tell us when the tide turned for the voting. Johnny Mac said something about it being a crazy day. I think the reason they didn't go into it during the eviction episode was to make it not so obvious. In hindsight it would be been smartest for James to use the veto on Clay and put Vanessa up in his place thus ensuring that Shelli went home.
There was a big blow up a few hours before the live show. I'm sure they will show it on Sunday. But even after all that, it was still stupid to keep Shelli.
And Clay showed zero class talking about Meg in his exit interview. It's not true, first off. And him taking no responsibility shows him for the douche bag that he is.

I doubt they will show the blow up on Sunday's show. If they were going to show that it would have been on Thursday. I wonder if James regrets not taking that $5,000. He really didn't get what he wanted. Yes, he broke up a couple, but the least of the two as far as game play and ability.
They didn't have time to show it Thursday. They'll do the whole "3 hours before eviction" thing they do and show it Sunday. They need to air it since it explains the unanimous decision.

You may be right. Of course, if they had excluded that segment with Cody and Derrick, they would of had more than enough time to show it.
I can't quite put my finger on it but I felt like a piece of the puzzle was missing as far as Clay's departure. It felt like there was something else going on other than Clay being cavalier. Maybe he was just bored and tired of being in the house. He probably has people throwing themselves at him all of the time and doors probably open constantly because of his looks so maybe the money meant nothing to him.
The biggest surprise was that it took so long for the first kiss. I thought that had probably happened a long time ago.
Becky is playing pretty smart and Shelli seems to be saving face for the moment. Vanessa continues to dig herself a deeper grave. She wouldn't be so paranoid if she hadn't gotten herself into this mess. When she tried to corner Becky into a deal, it was so forced and transparent. Unfortunately, so was Becky's response, but it was understandable in the heat of the moment considering the evicted house guests from now on will be on the jury. I probably would have risked it by "agreeing" to a deal, knowing that things could go wrong with POV and the likelihood that Vanessa will somehow sabotage herself and/or Becky during the week. Better that than add to Vanessa's paranoia making her even more unpredictable. All these deals are what got Vanessa into trouble. Knee-jerk deals and cover-ups seem to be her only strategy.
Can anyone explain Steven to me? I used to think he was just awkward, but now I think he's actually delusional! What is his hatred of Becky? And does he really think he yields ANY power in the game?
His rant about her outing his game play was just weird. His making her his next target was laughable. there was another instance where he proclaimed his hatred of her (and yet voted for her to stay)
Did I miss something which explains his attitude toward her?

Becky, Austin, Audrey and Jason have been somewhat cruel to Steve in how they speak to him. If you follow the feeds, Austin, at times, will bully him, but Steve is finally starting to stand up to him. I think if he ever becomes HOH, his choices will be more personal than strategic. If you believe, the opinions of those on Jokers and Big Brother Network, many believe he has some form of Aspergers. But as he stated last night, he knows he is weird and he is fine with it. The boy is actually quite talented. Do a search for Steve Moses and Mr. Blue Sky (ELO classic). He does a 16 man choir with him singing lead, harmonies and playing instruments. He is quite good.
Thanks for the info. I don't watch anything but the regular airings.
For over 50 years I've been defending the paying of teachers 12 months each year when school is only in session for 9. After all, anyone who knows a good teacher knows s/he puts in far more hours than the normal school day and uses her/his summer for research and taking additional classes to improve her/his skills.
But now that I've caught dmama watching BIG BROTHER on the tax payer's dime, I take it all back.
(This is a joke, of course.)

Vanessa is becoming somewhat tiring. All of the crying does not flatter her.
I question what it says about me that I WATCH BB, and maybe I should not be given the opportunity to effect young minds. (But I don't really get the joke....but I'm not offended or anything!)
SMH in response to just aired live show. Seriously, WTF was that?

Without ruining it for the West Coast, that should have went another way. A stronger player should have went.

Yeah..um...don't want to spoil anything...but that was NOT what I was expecting. It does all make sense, but that was certainly unexpected.
After the West Coast airing, jason, you'll have to explain to me how it all made sense. Everything after the HOH competition didn't make any sense to me at all.
I totally thought he was going after Becky......which is what he said he was going to do.

When he put up Meg and Jackie I for sure thought he was planning to back donor Becky, because he's been so paranoid about being her target. But apparently he told John to not use the veto.
