It was almost the weekend that wasn't! I got an email from the hotel where I had made a reservation online TWO WEEKS AGO, that they were overbooked and would not be able to accomodate me after all! I spent most of yesterday looking for a room under $400. The city is all booked up for the weekend. Must be that damn play.

Finally found a place last night. You can take the bedbugs home for free!

Oh God Almighty. I HAD 'good' in there and then took it out because it sounded too repetitive within the sentence.

OK a GREAT friend is in a GREAT show, after which I will party with GOOD friends as we make fun of the GREAT performance.

Ugh. It is a PERFECT weather day, and I want to go to Huntington Gardens and soak it all up - but the car is in the shop! I guess I'll just have to stay here and do what I need to do around the house.
