Less than an hour to go, DD
Yeah! And I'm missing rehearsal because I have to go walk Walter Bondi. There's no way I'm leaving Kirkland (burb where I work) to take the bridge in rush hour, go downtown, walk and feed the dog, only so I can get in my car and come back the EXACT SAME DIRECTION, only further, still during rush hour, to make it to rehearsal. I'm just not THAT dedicated.

How DARE you prioritize the living creature that depends on you, you horrible, evil man
he he he
Anything for Walter Bondi. It's gonna be so difficult... I've spent ALL weekend with him.
DD, I'm tremendously disappointed in you. On behalf on WB, "Woooof"
My poor flowers were so wilted when I got home. I don't know what they would've looked like if I hadn't watered them this morning. Thank goodness it wasn't this hot while I was away last weekend.
I'm watching Wife Swap, a show I never watch. When they said a Vegan wife who hands out PETA flyers outside the supermarket, stares at the sun from 7:30-7:38 AM every morning, and removed their stove so she wouldn't have to cook was switching with a hunter's wife, who had animal heads hanging on the wall and a son way out of control, I knew I had to watch.

Why does she stare at the sun, exactly?
Girly, I had some flowers in vases in my apartment this past week, but they didn't last nearly as long as they normally do. The heat just did them in.
I've watched that show a handful of times. Unbelievable.
I think she said it energizes her for the day. Maybe that's true. I don't know. I wonder what happens on a morning when the sun isn't shining. She does nude yoga, makes her husband and daughter do the cleaning and does pretty much nothing else except hand out the flyers, so I'm not sure what she needs the energy for. The husband would come home after working 15 hour days to dishes that have been sitting there a couple days, so he would wash them up real quick. Then he makes his own dinner, cause the wife and daughter already ate hours ago. Without a stove or a microwave, I guess they just ate salads and raw food.
She came home to a new stove and is actually enjoying cooking things. She also came home to a t.v. and some comfy furniture which she had gotten rid of.
I can understand wanting a simple life, but I think you can go overboard sometimes. Either way, actually.

If the Tinman swapped me out, he might not want me back. But whoever took my place might have interesting things to say about what he's become accustomed to
