I WAS going to the gym regularly, until I hurt my hip and had to take a break. But, I'm doing what I can.

I'll have to start over with the weights, I fear.

All three!

White truffles shaved into a risotto.

Black truffles shaved onto cavatelli with olive oil and rough chopped tomatoes.

Chocolate truffles. Lavender.

Yep cookie... trying to go as often as I can. Not so much to lose the weight, more to stay healthy.

Gym is not all about sweating...

It's funny... I can't remember who said it, but it was here on bww. Someone said (and I paraphrase) that whenever they don't feel like going to the gym - they're tired, too busy, etc. - they remember how good it feels when you leave. One never feels bad when leaving the gym. I tell myself that every time I try to talk myself out of going.

Going to the Madonna concert was like a workout! No AC, so a giant sauna! Talk about hot, sweaty fun!

GREAT concert.... even if I had to wring myself out at the end!
