I'm so happy you ALL got to experience that yesterday - if I couldn't be there, I can't think of four I'd rather go in my place!
Now I'm SERIOUSLY looking forward to the tour!
Hi, Moony Sounds like you had a fun weekend!

Drugs, guns, handcuffs, video camera, birthday cake.
How could it not be a good time? Wish you could have been there.
We needed someone to post bail.

I LOVE your avatar Cookie.
*le sigh*
I'm planning my fall trip so I can see Aaron in Les Miz...and, of course, catch him at the Stage Door. :o)

It looks like this gathering of BWWers is never going to end. Two left this morning and another is coming here this evening.
Is this what always happens when you decide you're quitting the board? BWWers actually track you down and put you through of series of grueling brainwashing procedures to force you to stay against your will?

Well, we vary our techniques.

Many thanks for being the perfect hostess, by the way.

A chill day. After my friend's wedding Saturday and the late Yankee game last night, its a rest day. Tommorrow a party, Wednesday "Shining City" Thursday dinner with my Chicago friends and Friday" Pig Farm"
Gotta rest one day.
Moonie,
I hope you will still feel that way once the drugs wear off.

Miss Penny - I didn't know this was something you were doing - I just heard and thought you were really busy. I hope that your recent postings mean that you've reconsidered. You would be terribly missed.
I try to get out but they keep pulling me back in!
Thanks, DG, that's really sweet of you to say.
I'm sorry you couldn't have been here...especially for my grand sabering of the champagne!

This weekend was one of those times when I wished I was independently wealthy, and could go anywhere and do whatever I wanted. Unfortuantely, I wanted to be in DC, NYC and London all at the same time. I'm not sure there's wealth that buys that kind of possibility
I am glad you had a good weekend - and glad you keep hanging around.
I have been invited to 4 big events all taking place on the same day. Fortunately, I don't have to "choose" which ONE to attend because I'll be in France for every one of them!
We are only one person after all, no matter how many board identities we assume.

"I'll be in France" - *sigh*
Then there are times when you're perfectly happy right where you are - I just got us tickets in the second row center to see Ian McKellen do his one-man show "A Knight Out" on July 23rd!!!!! I think he's the greatest thing since sliced bread
DG,
How funny! July 23 is the date of those 4 "big events" I've been invited to! I guess I can't ask you to attend in my stead.

Penny - busy day!
Try not to feel too bad over what you're missing while you're in FRANCE
Thanks for the advice, DG. You know how easy it is to wish you were someplace else when you're in PARADISE!
Penny, there is no quitting of BWW.
I know. I've tried.
Just give up now.

God knows that doesn't happen often enough.

However, there seems to be consistant evidence of reincarnation in these cases. Dead is never dead around here.
True dat, babe.
