I didn't fly out yet. :)
I am going to an audition and a rehearsal, though, so I will be flying soon. :)
Miss you bwaysinger. Don't stay away too long.
Speaking of flying out kids, I'm off to the airport in about a half hour. I've got a business trip in Nashville. Dinner at The Palm tonight and country line dancing tomorrow night so it won't be a total all work and no play thing. Be good. I'll miss y'all.
oh, Nashville is quite an intriguing city. If it weren't for all the Republicans, it'd be a great city.
Have a blast!

Hi bway! I'm liking the fact that you're doing all this work - that's a good thing
yeah, always good.
Work=good. More money would be better, though. :)
Somms - have fun!
I have a funny Nashville story - I was invited to play in a golf tournament at the club in Nashvile, and I ended up winning...but they only had trophies with men figures on them, because I guess they never figured a woman would win... They were a bit red-faced at the award ceremony. I have the trophy and letter of apology framed in my office... (I should send it to Hootie in Augusta...)
Gotta love Nashville!
hey bwaysinger - you haven't been over at Shetler Studios, have you?? LOL...

Yee Haw!
Have you ever been to Scottsdale, AZ? They have fabulous courses there.
I have been to Scottsdale, but I haven't played there. One of these days I'd love to!
I never got into Golf...only miniture. Maybe sometime you guys can teach me. Most of my friends play, but I never have. i prefer bowling. I was on a gay bowling league for the past 2 years, but didn't join this year because it was too much last year. We didn't start until 9 p.m and I wouldn't get home until after midnight. I would feel like I just fell asleep when my alarm would go off. God...In college I could function on 20 minutes of sleep. Those days are gone.

I lived in Scottsdale for a couple of years, and absolutely loved it. There's an unbelievable tax base there to pull from, and they actually spend it on making the city great to live in - what a concept! It was beautiful, easy living - right up my alley - and having the open desert and mountains right there made it heavenly
Besides, it was so hot, I spent about half the year naked - which always makes me happy!
ALSO - I'm SO EXCITED - I just saw that Ellen Greene is going to be at the Cinegrill in October - I've wanted to see her live for years!
boobs - I'll teach you anytime! I really enjoy the game...for many reasons including the time I can just spend outside walking!
Bowling is so much fun...maybe this winter we can get a group together to go bowling in the city - there are some fun places!
and, please...don't remind me that I'm not in college anymore...I am acutely aware of it whenever I have more than two drinks...(sadly, I never remember until the next day...)
DG - Scottsdale is such a wonderful city - and on a short list of places to which I would like to retire. Soon!
on a slightly different note - I have been blissfully unaware of some drama unfolding between a few members of the BWW world...but just read part of a thread that was so upsetting. I wish everyone could find peace and support like we've been able to!

NYadgal - our very good friends who live in Scottsdale introduced us, and we'll probably end up there eventually - four old queens going to theatre and enjoying cocktails at sunset. Works for me!
As to the drama - I choose to remain blissfully outside of the fray
perhaps four old queens and me!
Hey..I'm coming too !!!
Can I come bowling even though I suck at it?

NYadgal - we definitely could use a chaperone on occasion! We have a great time together - all very compatable. Similar tastes and 'likes' - so pretty much all our time together is relaxing and fun - the way life is supposed to be!
Abso****inlutely Rath. you can come darling.
YAY!!
boobs - four old queens, me and you... (and you can bring Michael...and I'll bring John)...
DG - I don't want to be a chaperone...
Rath - Yes - that would be fun to get a group together to go bowling!! We'd have a blast! (especially because I am so bad at it - but I will let you all have a good laugh at my expense!!)

NYadgal - I understand completely Maybe we could have Hugh come and chaperone. . .
I don't want him to be a chaperone either...
But, I'll ask him tonight - when I see him again - if he wants to join us...
NYadgal...you sure John won't mind all the queens???
We definietly have to plan a bowling night. I said I was on a league...I didn't say I was good. I did it more for the socializing.

You're right - it wouldn't work anyway, as he's who would need the protection!
