Bobby - good for you - the rest of the lyric would be 'and send them on their way!'

Wow it is amazing the tangents this thread has taken! Hmmm olsd bridesmaid dresses that is a tough one. Please tell us they aren't all rejects from "Gone With the Wind". I seem to remember a society that you can join, all you did was show up (in all your bridesmaids' finery) for a dinner with others in the same boat
there was always an award for the worst dress. Does anyone else remember ever hearing about this group?
TGIF!!!

Good Morning!
I'm off to a service in a few minutes, but wanted to pop in to say hello.
Love all the bridesmaid dresses posts!
Judy - I DO know (and love) that song.
BT - come over and dress up anytime you wish. I have a rainbow of silk, satin and taffetta just waiting!
Mom - I've heard about groups that celebrate hideous bridesmaid dresses. I could be president of the organization, don't you think? (Not to mention the dyed-to-match shoes!) Bo Peep rejects...LOL! And you're right about the cost...ridiculous!
DG - I'd LOVE to be in that tournament. Or, maybe I could just be his caddy...you know...carry his, um, clubs!
Bwayinger and Undi - glad you enjoyed the day. It was beautiful!
Bobby - Welcome back. I've missed 'chatting' with you!
I was at a party last night in Connecticut on the water, and it was CRYSTAL clear - so we had the most stunning view of the skyline of New York. At one point they were testing the Tribute Lights which will shine tonight from Ground Zero, and it was very moving to see from 'afar' (30 miles away.).
Hope everyone has a glorious day. It's beautiful here in the NYC area. My morning will be sent at two different Memorial services. It's going to be hard, but important to reflect and remember.
Hugs to all (leaving coffee for all the sleepyheads).
God Bless America.

hey again, guys! It looks like another pretty good day outside. I'm going to be doing my favorite thing when the weather's nice: laundry.
laugh with me, now.
I'll also be walking my dog downtown to the really fun dog run at the Hudson River Park on 23rd st.

I hear you Undiscovered---I've had to pee for the last 2 hours, but the bathroom is down the hall, and that would mean I'd have to put pants on.
Oh well...

Okay... exit 18-year-old, once again.

Well don't I feel loved!
Actually I'm in a little bit of pain now, I better go and take a shower while I'm at it.

If I was in my own home, I would too. But I'm in an all upperclassmen dorm, and I already have the reputation for being the little nerdy freshman down the hall---I want to make friends!!

If he did, he probably wouldn't make it all the way down the hall
