robbiej - That PC Superfriends sounds very familiar. I tried to find a website for them, but I could only find the standard Superfriends stuff.

I loved weebles...
Just saw a Clay-mation sketch on MAD TV which parodied cops and they arrested toys who were causing trouble
Gumby was arrested for robbery, Paddington Bear in his rain hat and yellow slicker was a flasher, the Rock 'em Sock 'em robots were brawling ...it was so funny!

I call the couple next door, The Weebles. They are both 5'tall and weigh about 200. I giggle every time I see them.

Champagne is chilling in the fridge Dame.
I'm sipping my champagne while I'm listening to Cat Stevens' "Tea for the Tillerman"...an old favorite of mine. Just love.."Wild World"...old memories just come flooding back.

I will have Carole King on as soon as I am done yelling at verizon for sendingme the wrong phone. I have been on hold now for about 20 minutes. Boobs; I hope it isn't Korvelles. nothing worst than a cheap champagne hangover. Especially one day before Mojito Friday!

boobs - Tea for the Tillerman! oh god - I cannot believe you are playing that!
I just got home, and am very, very sad about work...and the first record (yes, record!) I put on was Tea for the Tillerman!
There is something about the tone of that album, and the songs that Cat Stevens wrote/sang/recorded that spoke to me tonight. I know I can't 'prove it', but that's what I'm listening to right now...
not sure what else to say...
I'm going to go find something happy to post about...

NYadgal were we separated at birth???? So many songs on this album are brilliant, Father & Son is another favorite. My best friend from HS used to sing the father part and I would do the son part...of course I was a tenor and he was a baritone.
Dame nothing but Veuve for me.

um...Boobs...I was just about to write that the only champagne served at 'Chez Adgal' was Veuve Cliquot...but I thought it would come off sounding sounding 'snobbish'...

Tea for the Tillerman...every note, every word, every picture on the album cover means something to me. Which is why I reached for it the minute I got home after a rough day...
