Somehow, it got an A, but I maintain that freshmen in college should not be allowed to come up with their own video projects. At least it turned out better than the project from the girl who was obsessed with (and later had an affair with) Astros' pitcher Jose Lima.

I confess that I no longer care one WHIT about my job, and as a result, I'm actually doing more work than ever, because...I just don't care. I haven't been on time in two months, yet I manage to get everything done in like, nanoseconds; which of course justifies me never being here on time.

And...nobody has ever said anything. So...I don't care. I just. Don't. Care.

Somehow, this is making them eat out of my hand...I love it!

Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you. Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

Jaily, I'm sort of the same way.
My position was so mismanaged for so long that, with 10% effort, I'm able to be 200% more efficient than anyone they've seen. The result is I hardly work, still get it all done in better time than anyone before me, work overtime whenever I feel like having a bigger paycheck, and people love me and tell my manager to his face that I should have his job.
Not necessarily the best way to be HIS friend, but there we are...

I confess that I spent about 2 months trying to get fired from my job and no one ever noticed.

I'd show up late everyday. Take 30 minute naps on the clock. Do nothing, cut corners left and right, be rude to customers, and leave early. Nothing worked. What do I have to do? Choke a bitch?
