Hey guys! How are you all? *white noise* *picks nails* I'm good. Fun day on set; nothing significant, just a really good dynamic, everyone's really friendly, and even though I think this show may kind of suck, I'm having such a good time that I don't really care! It's nice to actually look forward to a show and like the people you work with, you know? (When has THAT ever happened?) And then I have to come back to the drudgeries of BroadwayWorld. 
Anyway, so we're still on for Thursday for sure, for sure. So Kitz better get in that f*cking clip, and I need Spidey's last one. And then we're ready!
And sorry to hear about your granddad, Kitz. Glad to know he's a trooper; hopefully everything will work out for him! (BTW, I think the color of that shirt of melon or salmon, no?)

My boss called me into the conference room right before my lunch break and informed me that I was being let go. My position was created when another girl within the company was promoted. Unfortunately, she wasn't doing as well as they had hoped she would. And since she'd been with them for over 4 years, they decided to move her back down instead of firing her.
Unfortunately, this meant my position no longer existed. I was given my paycheck with 2 and a half weeks severence pay and told that I didn't need to come back after lunch. They promised me good references and that they'd help me find a new job if I wanted.
So I packed up my belongings, walked through the empty office (everyone was either at lunch or hiding behind closed doors), and didn't let the door hit me on the way out.
Needless to say, yesterday sucked. A LOT.
