Read he was swimming next to the ray. It appears he was too close & it got spooked. You cannot blame it for trying to defend itself from what it thought of as a threat

A freak accident which proves the axiom when your time is up etc.....

i really liked him
my friend who really frowns upon Steve Irwin (he cannot stand his accent) said that it might be irony if a crocidile killed him. i got mad at him and punched him in the gut.
dont trash talk Steve Irwin

I'm glad you punched him. That wouldn't have been ironic in the least. If more people did that, maybe more people would use that word correctly.

Yes, I agree with Calvin. Punching people in the gut has been proven to improve spelling, syntax and grammar. Any English teacher worth his or her salt knows that.

I understand that once a stingray has a taste of human blood it is on a mission to get MORE. The ray must be hunted and killed before he strikes again.

Marc, I do have a fabulous one piece with a daisy swimming cap that make me the cutest thing since Neptune's Daughter. No Ray would dare touch me. Unless of course it was Aldo Ray!

When Aldo Ray died, did anyone care? I don't remember an outpouring of grief for him. Why was his life any less important than Steve Irwin's?

Calvin, you are too young to remember this (actually, I'M too young to remember this), but before I actually knew who Aldo Ray was, I used to get him confused with Alvino Ray.
