Husband and I are not alcohol drinkers. But now and then if we are in a setting where cocktails are being served, we might have "just a sip".
Next year we are going on a brief (5-night) cruise that will feature a 1920's-themed party. We have decided that for that event, we would like to have a prohibition era "Bee's Knees Cocktail". It is made with gin, honey syrup and lemon juice. If we change our mind, then we will have a "Mocktail" version with sparkling water replacing the gin.
So, do y'all have a favorite drink?
We have so much in common, HG.
I started a similar thread all of twelve years ago. All of these years later, I still don't have a signature drink. I guess any white wine will do.
What is your tipple of choice?
<singing> "I'll take [a] Manhattan!"
(although I much prefer a single THC gummy over any kind of alcoholic beverage)
I'm pretty boring: margaritas are my favorite. We also have a home-grown vodka drink in Maryland called the orange crush (with additional fruity variations) that's very nice to sip (or gulp) at the beach or on a hot day in general.

How do you like them, "on the rocks" or frozen? I hope you like salt around the rim -lol. Do you like flavored or plain margaritas?
Classic, on the rocks, and salt on the rim. I don't care what tequila is used as long as it's paired with Cointreau!

Outside of beer, I like a Whiskey and Ginger (Ale). When possible, I substitute the Ginger Ale with Ginger Beer. It's delicious with the Ginger Beer.
My preferred whiskeys are Jameson Black Barrel and Powers.
