My lovely boxer Duncan got skunked tonight. We have been bathing him for 2 hours and he still is "ripe". Tomato juice....does NOT work. A mixture of hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and liquid dish soap helped, but not on his face as directed, although he's now a redhead like Lucille Ball. Gotta love dogs (I don't right now). I have to work tomorrow and I'm afraid they may send me home because I'm revolting. It is now 12:15am and I am beside myself.........
Had to vent.

I work in an office in NYC from 9-5, and I commute from CT.
It kills me that I'm going to be here while a bunch of Wednesday matinee shows are going to be playing, and I won't get to see any of them, as I'll be stuck at work.

Really? Weird that it sometimes resets that automatically. Fixed.
I really hope so, too. I went to meet someone about renting from them for the fall semester, and I was really optimistic about it and it was just...not good. They're older, don't have cable, etc. It would be like living with my parents, because I'm just not ready to view people in their 30s as peers. So I have, oh, three weeks before I'm kicked out of my apartment and have nothing lined up to speak of. Also, I had sushi for lunch and they didn't include soy sauce and in general it was just...not very good, and not agreeing with me well now. And all of that taken separately doesn't sound that bad, but it's just one of those things where I'm in a foul mood and I just want to go find a corner and curl up and cry.

I passed the SAT Subject test in Biology!
I finally got my laptop only to find out, after 5 hours of trying to get internet, that it was broken and needs to be returned. This is starting to not be worth it. Everything that could go wrong with this whole laptop thing did go wrong.
