What are the odds that any Hello Dolly revival would include the songs "World Take Me Back" and "Love Look in my Window"??? I LOVE both of those songs!!

There's some stipulation that the songs were only to be used in the show when Merman played Dolly. They ARE great songs.

I think Wing would be superb in the role of Dolly.
"Friends are the people you chose as family."....Me.

Hooray for Wing! She's got such a loverly voice! Mindy Cohn from Facts of Life could be Wing's standby.

'Love Look In My Window' was used in the 1995 Australian revival. It was sung by Dolly just prior to Before The Parade Passes By.
I think both Dolly Parton and Reba Mc Entire would be wrong, but I figured if Dolly was there why not Reba?

Hunter as Cornelius. Christian as Barnaby. Sutton as Mrs. Molloy. Jen Cody as Minnie Fay!
Just to throw a wild idea out there:
What about Harriet Harris as Dolly?

Person mix-up.
Not Bonnie Franklin, Bonnie HUNT.
And when you said Schneider, I thought you meant John . . . and got all hot and bothered.

Colin Hanlon as Cornelius
So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life.~Office Space

"World Take Me Back" is one of my favorite musical theatre songs. I adore it.
Ooooh Harris would be a supereme Cornelius. Good choice.

Why is this on the OT board?

I was wondering that too. Probably because half of this board doesn't go to the Broadway board anymore (and with good reason).

I was feeling guilty about that the other day. I rarely go to the main board.
