I'm interested in knowing if anyone has done a high-volume enema. I've heard it's GREAT for weight loss.
I read that Princess Diana (God rest her soul--and her colon!) used to go to a clinic in London regularly for their "Super-Enema Treatment," which would "scrub her bowels out"--with 12 gallons of water!
TWELVE GALLONS! Do you realize how much that is?

That really impresses me...I'm not sure I could hold in more than a pint.
"For years I tried to bury my troubles under mountains of food," Princess Diana said shortly before her tragic death. "But after I would binge, I would worry about my figure. Then I would make myself throw up. It was a terrible, vicious compulsion."
So Diana started visiting the Hale Clinic in London for their $75 super-session: She would sit on a couch, "modestly covered," and distilled water would be pumped into her royal colon through a tube connected to a large stainless-steel pump apparatus.
The whole process took 40 minutes, at the end of which she would drink a cup of acidophilus tea, which she said would restore "good bacteria" to her system. Princess Di said that the colonic would wash out "years of collected fecal matter, mucous and built-up poisons."
It also kept her thin--and helped her stop making herself vomit!
"Now that I'm getting regular colonics," the late princess said, "I don't worry so much about what I eat. I know all the excess food will be washed away, along with the poisons that cause my terrible headaches. My migraines were caused by food allergies, and I haven't had one since I started the treatments!"
Diana wasn't the only celebrity to believe in high-volume enemas: Marilyn Monroe and Mae West both swore by them.

People say that high colonics can cure constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloat, hemorrhoids, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, diverticulitis, colitis, parasites, psoriasis, shingles, eczema, headaches and migraines, back pain, shoulder pain, joint pain, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, Epstein-Barre syndrome, candida, infections, colds, flu, and even cancer!
"I can actually feel the toxins being flushed out of my system while I'm on the table," Princess Diana said to a friend. "It's surprisingly pleasurable and comforting. It makes me feel brand new and pure. The treatments put the color back in my cheeks and a new bounce in my step. And I don't get infections anymore - I used to suffer from candida, a fungus infection that gave me chronic sore throats. They're gone for good...THANKS TO MY ENEMAS!"
Has anyone tried them? How about the coffee enema?
How about a garlic enema? A yogurt enema? Lemon juice? Salt water? Milk? Barium?
If you've done them, what are your thoughts/opinions on them?
