agreed! very well done. like prison break, this show can give pointers to the LOST writers on how to create drama and intrigue but still give your faithful audience some (substantial) answers along the way.
i'm looking forward to next week's fall finale.

I actually thought the Fall Finale was tonight. I was quite excited to see that it's next week, though tonight's episode would've been a great finale.
Loved the things that were explained tonight, especially Jessica and Sylar.

So...what exactly does Sylar do with the brains? Does he eat them or something? Or just absorb the powers by touching them? I guess we'll find out.
I felt so bad for Hiro! It was really a touching scene. Can't wait for next week.

It's a little hard for me now to be afraid of Sylar, knowing he's the guy that played Tori's best gay on NoTORIous.
But I adored Hiro again tonight...he's my geeky love.

Posted: 11/28/06 at 7:08pmI think Hiro is so damn cute...wonder if he's a gaysian in real life!

Posted: 11/28/06 at 7:17pmIt was hilarious when he accidentally went to Japan, and the people were doing their mid-work exercises.

Great episode last night! Loved it!
I was wondering about Sylar also - and why does he choose who he does? Why does he go after Isaac in the future?
I still don't get the Nikki/Jessica thing - how is Nikki channeling her dead sister a power? It doesn't really seem to be inline with the other Heroes...

sylar is "fixing" all the heroes like he does with the watches is what i got from last night. and to fix them, he feels he needs to kill them.
that and maybe because he apparently can use their power or "figure their powers out" (i.e. how their powers works) by removing their skull and looking for what is "broken."
don't know much about nikki/jessica but, if nothing else, she is quite strong, yes?

She's strong -- so was Jessica strong? I think there's still a lot to be revealed with her.
And I'm still not sure if Claire's Dad is good or bad...

i think jessica is the strong personality and that's why she takes over all of the difficult situations.
since the show is setting up sylar to be the heavy, i'm inclined to think that claire's dad is more of a good-ish guy, but he does seem to have his shades of grey. it all cannot be black or white, right? it just seems like he is trying to protect her while still pushing his own agenda. but what is that agenda?

Posted: 11/28/06 at 9:12pmTrue, it can't - though you would think that on the whole with a show like this we're going to have "good" guys and "bad" guys. And I'll bet we see that divide grow more and more - which of course be a conflict for someone "split" like Nikki/Jessica.

i was sad to see Eve go. I liked her, but apparently she was killed because of a Contract dispute (she wanted more money)

The "Save the Cheerleader, Saved the World" episode was over-hyped.
I preferred this one.

What a fantastic episode. It opens the door for a whole slew of new theories/questions.
SPOILER
Did Sylar kill Eden, or did she kill herself so he couldn't absorb her power?
Does Peter explode because he's surrounded by all the other heroes, and absorbing all their powers at once made him explode?
Can't believe we have to wait until January 22!

It looked very very very likely that the answer to your first question was "yes" Jacx.
I really loved this episode as well, I agree that it was much better than the "Save the Cheerleader" episode.
As to the "contract dispute" or "planned" debate, I think it was probably a little of both. Someone was going to die, the contract dispute just made the choice easier than it would have been.

I agree... I thought it was pretty clear she blew her brains out.
I'm still baffled at Peter blowing up... maybe the 'fire' guy was nearby or something? And didn't it seem like his brother had an evil look as he was coming towards him?
