No worries. Don't feel foolish. It's one of those things that constantly gets repeated because it sounds like it should be true. And if I wasn't directly in the know, I don't know that I'd have thought to seek out whether it was actually true or not, either. I'd heard it before the Hobby Lobby thing, but it really picked up steam (I think) because of Barbara Boxer's comments, and has turned into this liberal rallying cry that insurers are paying for dick pills and not for for birth control when in actuality (Hobby Lobby notwithstanding) you are much more likely to find an insurance company paying for birth control than erectile dysfunction medication.

While we're at it, I'm gonna need Fridays and Mondays off of work because I get super horny on those days and want to try to go have babies and if you make me work on those days then I can't reproduce & it's essentially company supported birth control.
