WHOO-HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
ANOTHER YEAR BEFORE I HAVE TO SUFFER THROUGH TRYING TO LISTEN TO DICK CLARK ATTEMPT TO SPEAK AGAIN!
Schmerg-you're entitled to make such remarks but then so are others!
Oh Schmerg, you didn't... Did you? That makes me sad.

Wow, this thread is becoming a sinking ship and a bit of a downer. So I'm gonna have to second Q's suggestion of those 2 threads.
Now back to the topic that started this whole debacle. At least that kid didn't sing the song "Beelz" by Stephen. That would have either gotten him shot with a rifle or a beer from the Pastor. But I'm betting on the getting shot thing.

Obviously the mature approach didn't get through to people. I am not going to stoop to Papa's immaturity. I got suspended last time. I just want to say that I hope you all feel really proud that you can insult people with a disorder. You may be bigger then me age wise, but it takes an even bigger person to resist the urge, as easy as it may seem to insult those who are different. Papa, you are a father so you should know where I'm coming from. I have a father who has nothing but respect for people no matter how much different they are. Maybe in due time, you too can learn to appreciate everyone, even those who are different.
Alot of the guys on this board are gay. I'm not, but I have the upmost respect for everyone. I don't point fingers and call you guys names, so why call me a name?
If there is a disagreement, walk alway from it. It's plane and simple. It's like teachers and moms say "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." If we follow by that rule, this board will truly be a better place. There will be less drama, so the sockpuppets will hopefully think twice.
I just hope that this message gets through to you, Papalovesmambo. I have nothing against you, so why have somthing against me?

Luckily, most of us are no longer required to listen to teachers or our moms.
By the by, if someone didn't use ass burgers are their excuse for acting like an a-hole, no one would have even known about it to make fun of it.
Just sayin'.

you're still here ass burger? geez, i guess our subtlety is lost on you.
Hey, I don't intend to take sides at all... and I really DO feel sorry for the Dick Clark remark. I meant to delete that comment but I couldn't find which thread it was posted in. (I didn't know that he had had a stroke either. I just assumed he had an accent.)
I really don't mind what anyone says on these boards, and I have a pretty thick skin, but I just wanted to stick up for another kid my age because he did seem genuinely upset.

I know nothing of any disabilty and have never teased anyone about it- Ass Burger-ery (as my brillantly written post attests) is not a disease but rather a state of mind.
We all can be an Ass Burger at times. I've been an Ass Burger Deluxe, with bacon and cheddar. Mmmmmmmmmmm Ass Burger Deluxe....
I'm sorry I have to go get an Ass Burger. They're not just for breakfast any more.

For the record, I think it is cruel to make fun of Dick Clark stroke, but it is certainly fair game to make fun of his shoe polish hair, his stunning lack of coolness and his all night cabana parties.
Oh, Joe, just because you were never invited to thos cabana parties . . .

HA! Like I'd go to his lame cabana parties! I hear he used house brand wheat checks in his party mix and always ran out of ice! Some party that is!
JoeKV shouting over the wall at Dick Clark's house: "I didn't wanna go to your @ss-lickin' party nohow! You are looking at one HAPPY LADY!!!"
Schmerg, you don't have to pretend you thought he had an accent, I get that you're sorry you made the comment.
Dang, I guess I'm not a very convincing actress!

Schmerg is an IMPALER for god's sake- She's certainly capable of making fun of Dick Clark....OR IMPALING HIM!

ifu, ass burger was a word that was introduced to this board solely because of you. If there are any others on the board with asperger's, they would never be called by such a name. It was used humorously only to insult you and none with the affliction.
Looking at Broadwayworld's typical use of the term, the definition could easily be explained as:
A trollish poster who will jump at the chance to insult others, yet when called out for their own idiocy, use mental illness as an excuse for their behavior.
They are certainly not insulting those who suffer from handicaps (Like your Idol Stephen Lynch does in his "Special Olympics" song.)
You have no place to take offense if you love this song as much as you say you do..

It was dropped, and like a child you brought it back up. Real mature.
