How did you guys find BWW?

How did you guys find BWW and do you remember what your first post was?
I recognize the addiction to being alive.

re: How did you guys find BWW?

I think I've answered this before but I'm bored so I'll answer again :)
I was looking for a Broadway radio that was free because at that time I didn't have a credit card and yahoo search brought me here. I've been stuck ever since.
As for my first post, I don't even remember what I posted about yesterday so I definetly won't remember the first thing I ever posted about.

re: How did you guys find BWW?

I was doing a search on Sutton Foster ^_^, and I ended up joining and my first post was on the Nicest Person at Stagedoor thread. I believe I misspelled Kristin Chenoweth.
I get lost, unless, of course, I'm getting found.

re: How did you guys find BWW?

Random web surfing.

First post was about your favorite leading men. Surprise, surprise. re: How did you guys find BWW?

re: How did you guys find BWW?

My friend showed me the site. I did get sent here for some broadway news sometimes from searching google and stuff but never bothered joining until my friend told me to. Now I'm on here and hooked. Also this site my friends are thankful of so I dont have to ramble about Broadway to them because I have a whole board of people who want to hear about it.

re: How did you guys find BWW?

I'm not sure, but I think I had done a Google search for info on Bare, since I only found out about it this past spring, and the 5 zillion BWW threads showed up. Lurked for a while until I got to NYC for the summer - first post I believe was asking the maximum number of tickets you could get at Altar Boyz student rush.

re: How did you guys find BWW?

I found it this summer while searching on... hmm, I think either Wicked or the Rent movie (yes, so I'm one of thoooose). I just lurked for a long time, and my first post was about how amazing Jennifer Hudson's version of "And I'm Telling You..." was and how I preferred her to Fantasia for the role of Effie White.

re: How did you guys find BWW?

Googling my avatar man shortly after I discovered Rent. First post was, you guessed it, in avatar man's thread.

Through Google, but I don't remember a thing I was looking for or posted.

re: How did you guys find BWW?

I was part of the official Hairspray message board, and someone posted about broadwayworld. I think my first post was about the first show I saw.
"Chicago is it's own incredible theater town right there smack down in the middle of the heartland. What a great city! I can see why Oprah likes to live there!" - Dee Hoty :-D

re: How did you guys find BWW?

I started reading that the original cast was in talks to do the rent movie then found out Anthony Rapp posted about it on this broadway message board and here I came.

Lurked for a while, first post was actually on Fredi's thread, asking her about bway orchestras re: How did you guys find BWW?
"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli

re: How did you guys find BWW?

Like WickedrentQ, I found BWW after hearing about the movie of Rent and that Anthony posted here.

re: How did you guys find BWW?

To be honest, I don't recall at all. I lurked for quite a while before I made a user name and started posting.

I know I was searching for something Broadway related and a message board thread showed up as one of my search results, but I don't recall what I was looking for.

I knew about it through ATC. I lurked for a few months and then finally joined.

re: How did you guys find BWW?

I googled something, found this site, forgot this site, came back to it again, forgot it again, then my friend reminded me of it and told me to join.
-Was that a fart?
-My fault, I fear.

re: How did you guys find BWW?

From broadway.com. For the first few weeks I only read the broadway news.

Then I discovered the message board. I joined immediately, and made sporadic posts. I believe my first post was about Gilbert and Sullivan.

It wasn't until December 2004 that I really started posting.

I've been hooked ever since...

re: How did you guys find BWW?

Through the radio. I lurked for a while. I forget what my first post was...must not've been that exciting, if I don't remember it.

re: How did you guys find BWW?

I remembered finding it during my musicals.net-posting days, looking for more broadway forums. I lurked around the site a few times a month, finally having the balls and decided to join.

I think my first post was about Margo's avatar. I always wondered if he made it or got it from some site. I don't think I ever got an answer. Ah well.

re: How did you guys find BWW?

I think through some FAQ I was reading. I lurked a lot, and then decided to join.

As for my first post, it was about being dissapointed in HAIRSPRAY. (Don't kill me, please!!!)
