Stockard, I keep forgetting to tell you that there is this hobo in front of the place I go to before and after work who looks JUST like Chris Daughtry. I think of you and this thread whenever I see him. I only wish that he could sing and play guitar as well as Chris, because the hobo-Chris kinda sucks.

Lol, we could argue on this topic all day. I'm so critical on myself it's insane. There have only been 2 pictures of me that I actually liked, and whenever my family/friends compliment me on anything... I usually say "Thanks. I wish I could agree with you". Seriously, you can ask my friends about it... they will tell you stories.

I AGREE! Even if you aren't "pretty" (and I mean, if this default picture is you then you def are! but this goes for anyone) you can still be smart and MEGA adorable. Oh, trust me.. I've learned this about ppl.

And yeah, Jazzy, you may feel down about your looks now, trust me, I always did and sometimes I do but ya know, you just have to look at yourself in a positive light so others will. If you think you look good, others will.

WHAT? HUH? No offense, but your aunt is crazy, and so is that other person! I will never get the smart vs. beautiful thing. Plenty of people are both, including you (from what I gather). What a load of ****.

Jazzy, I'm sure you're just fine. As you get older, things like that will matter less and less. Unless we have a lot of $$$, we all kind of have to accept what we look like anyway! Might as well come to terms with it.

Yeah she's a little ridiculous. She's only 7 years older than me so she was really involved in my college search. She's a chemical engineer and all she cares about is making money.
She's also a little insane and very unhappy.

Jazzy- The guy was thinking that the pic would turn her on. She's still friends with the girl. All that guy ever thinks about is sex, so that's where his head was with that one. He's good friends with her, so he wasn't trying to make things uncomfortable. I still wanted to smack him, but that's a pretty normal reaction around him. :)

Oh and Tofu's right...she will take you DOWN for talking bad about yourself...or anything that can perceived as talking bad about yourself. :) She's like the self-esteem police. Haha...in that ever-so-sexy cop way, though. Hehe

I am indeed. I've got handcuffs (the fuzzy kind) and the whole deal at my disposal. As far as I'm concerned I'm the cop, judge and jury and I don't mind punishing someone if they get out of line...but I back off a little if they use the safe word . Danmag, were you being stalked by a psycho ex-boyfriend from High School who just couldn't seem to let it go? If so I want the melodramatic details!!!

Today I was seriously contemplating going on FB because there's this 1 specific person that I'd like to reconnect with. For those of you out of High School or college, have you ever had that one "White Whale"? That one person that completely slipped through your fingers and you somehow f*cked it all up by not saying anything at the time or saying WAY too much and scaring them off? I was driving home this morning and thinking of this one girl I went to school with. She was absolutely gorgeous. Half Korean, half Puerto Rican, dark eyes...just flat out stunning, sexy and really sweet if you got to know her. And I was one of her best friends in high school, at the time I knew there was something about her I really liked but I hadn't yet come to terms with my sexuality so we were just friends. But today I realized (5 years later) that every other girl I meet I automatically compare them to my "White Whale". I now know that I would have ZERO scruples when it comes to this girl. I would do dirty, disgusting, backstabbing, horribly bitchy, deplorable, evil and unimaginable things to get this girl. Like really bad. I swear to god if I went back home to Maryland and ran into her at the store or something I honestly don't think I'd care about where I was or who was around, I'd probably get down to business right then and there. It's like I need to purge her from my system to move on so that when I do meet someone else I won't automatically have one of those venn diagrams pop into my head comparing everyone to her. For god's sake I need to drink some tea and chill out for a minute before my head explodes. I over analyze every little thing and this is what it gets me, a mind bending headache!!!

It's hard to explain and fairly complicated...it's just that for me Facebook was leading me into behavior that wasn't in the best interests of my family...But I miss seeing you all on there, that's for sure! But I will definitely keep in touch through BWW..:)
