I'm ashamed to admit that the other day I bought a pint of Ben & Jerry's called "one cheesecake brownie". I started eating it and realized that I was going to eat the whole pint and I did. Never ate a whole pint at once.

I discovered on a trip to New Hampshire that Lindt now makes a dark chocolate bar with a thin layer of mousse inside... then I found it down here in Virginia.

I'm a goner. It's no wonder I'm having difficulty losing weight!

i just ate a bunch of potato chips -- "krunchers" kettle cooked mesquite Bar-B-Que. Not good at 9:30 p.m.

But it would have been worse if I had downed one of those Lindt bars I mentioned earlier.

Those look delightful.

I bought strawberries today, ate two and later discovered one in the carton that had mold on it. =/

On a good note, I also got bread from this bakery that was made fresh and it is so nice and soft. I think I'll toast another piece for when Beautiful People comes on. I have got to stop eating in front of the t.v., though it is about five feet from the dining table.

I hear ya... I had blueberry yogurt with walnuts and strawberries, and lemon gree tea for breakfast, and tonight it's Tiliapia with veggies. The potato chips are gone, but the chocolate is still here... but I'm pretty good at limiting myself on that.

So far. After the day (and week) I've had, chocolate is really looking good right now...
