Hey, I grew up in a fundamentalist household and I went to a Catholic High School. The worst of both worlds.

Thank you. I actually normally avoid Off Topic for that particular reason (I'm very clearly in a minority here and I'm not the type of person who can easily ignore something without speaking up,) but I've been in a political mood lately. Plus I'm sick and therefore pretty much down flat, and nothing good is on television, so I'm ridiculously bored.

Please, please don't permit them to corrupt your mind about me. When I back up my comments, they say I copy and paste.

They will say all manner of evil against me falsely. You know how you have been attacked earlier in the day. That's how is stared with me too. They don't like any disagreements, and if they are, you must subtly disagree with them,and ingratiate yourself to their overall liberal dominance.

I am reasonable. Very reasonable. I don't agree with everything Bush has said or done. The immigration thing was a DISASTER for him.

My objections are to the mindless, radical, Huffington Post type of rambling that goes on here 24/7.

I like to debate fairly and openly too. Since I love theater, I have many liberal friends. We have great on-going disucssions about everything. We are respectful to each other.

Anyway, thanks for your comments on this thread.

If Tom DeLay is The Hammer, then I proclaim a new title for the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi: The Briber. Nancy Pelosi had to bribe her members with spinach to get their votes.

Anyway.. At least HDT came back to post in this thread. After last night and his concern how he would have to see SICKO and make sure no one else in XENIA knew he was going, I was slightly concerned that they found out and had a re-programmer lock him in a room for sessions with the "collective"

Yeah, Spork pretty much distanced herself from you last night, Mark. And can we please put away the illusion that you aren't Mark? You've given yourself away lately as you get upset and post quickly using vocabulary and sentence structure EXACTLY the way Chanticleer does, and everybody KNOWS who you are.

Also, Spork more than "disagrees with some of the things Bush has done." Last night she called him a RINO, the first I've ever seen that word but BOY does it ever apply.

And I was one of the people standing up for her because unlike you, she actually uses the grey matter the god I don't believe in gave her. Unlike you. You're like a lab monkey. Cut Paste Cut Paste banana chunk Cut Paste Cut Paste banana chunk.

I don't particularly agree with everything she says, but she says it well and she does the one thing you are simply unable to do: she discusses, she doesn't disrupt.

No, this is a different one, Jane.

And I don't really believe there is any B+B. That was a story Mark concocted when he changed screen names and tried too hard to convince people that not only did he have something to do on New Year's Eve, but that there was some sort of gathering with lots of people at some sort of magical B+B that probably doesn't exist.

Mark has not covered his writing style tracks very well lately, and in especially heated moments this week he has reverted back to his Chanticleer style while logged on as HD. He can't keep any of his stories or his characters straight.

And I use that word advisedly.

Dakin does not exist as a separate entity. There may have been a time when Mark was trying to convince us that Dakin was the student Travis who tried logging on to defend Chanticleer when the whole board turned him into a laughingstock so badly that Mark went back to his wildly uncommented upon blog and talked about his "horrifying" experience here. One lowly student came on, talked smack about posters here, and challenged the Harriet the Spies around here with an "if you only knew who I am!" taunt.

Within 24 hours his image and full name was posted in that thread. He disappeared after about two more posts.
