OH -- I HAVE A GUESS AT THE HOUSE ONE!
Is it a lighthouse?
Does the guy go in, hear a distress on the radio and then turn on the light in the lighthouse?
Why he shot himself...maybe it was too late and couldn't live with the guilt of all those people dying because he forgot to turn the light on?
Just a guess..

Here are a couple...
A man is found dead lying on the 18th hole of a golf course on Thursday. He has one bag with him. There is something in the bag and it is related to his death. How did he die? (yes or no questions allowed)
This one is better:
A man lives on the 20th floor of an apartment building. Every day, he uses the elevator to come down to the first floor and go to work. Every day, he rides up to the 10th floor and walks the last 10 flights of stairs, even if he is carrying groceries or something large, unless it is raining or there is someone else in the elevator with him. Why?

ashley- the second one he is very very short and cannot reach the 20 button and when it is raining he has an umbrella.
first one-did the bag have golf clubs in it?

I meant... Catie- you got the answer to the first one. Good job! But the answer to your question is no. It was not golf clubs in the bag.
