Only a few inches, Stagey?
I was telling Stagey that it is one of my life goals to spend a Fall & Winter in NY.
We don't really have much of a fall anymore, Matty. Just a few days of brisk weather and then we go right into winter. Same thing with spring. A few days, and then right into the stinking hot humidity of a New York summer.
You're killing my dream, Deet.
I'm sorry, Matty. But on those days when we do have fall weather, it is spectacular. Of course we still do have winter, and the city becomes magical when it snows.
Come to New England, mateo. We've still got beautiful extended autumns. *pause, waits for taz to chime in* Well, since he's not here, I'll be tazber's understudy.
taz (played by StageManager2):
You're not going to believe this but this reminds me of a FAMILY GUY episode, where boorish New Yorkers invade New England to watch the turning of the leaves.
StageManager2 (playing himself):
We believe you. We just hate you.
Is that the royal "we," Stagey?
You play Taz so well. You should really go on tour with that.
You got it, Queenie.
An extended tour, Stagey. Like to New Zealand. I've heard it's gorgeous there.
G'night!
Dang ... I missed deet.
drama?
I know, I missed Deet too.
How are you DD?
Doing good, taz. Not happy that I get so tired still when we are out. Had to leave early and missed some friends out, but I just needed to get home.
How's your Saturday night?
So far so great! Why were getting tired so quickly? Is everything ok?
I had some minor surgery earlier this week, and it's been very painless and quick to recover, but my body is still recovering. For a change I'm actually listening to my body instead of pushing it to the limit.
On that note - and because bww is extremely slow on this computer for some reason - I'm off to bed.
Have a good night.
good night!
Morning!
awwwww how cute soapy is holding taz in his arms

Hey taz!
Morning kids!
Radio City was wonderful last night, I just love those dancing santas. Buzz was captivated. But the night was altogether depressing. Seeing broadway all shut down and the restaurants DEAD on the Saturday after Thanksgiving made me want to cry. Just thinking of all the people this strike is having an effect on, besides the actual actors/stagehands, is unnerving. I pray they figure this thing out.
Other than that, I had a lovely time with friends and even went to a comedy show.
