It has never mattered to me. Sales have always been the first thing you crow about when you try to say she still matters, she's still relevant, she's still got it, she's so great, she's #1 on the Saint Vincent and The Grenadines gay dance club charts.
I've always maintained it's what she produces that matters. Alas, that isn't any great shakes either... but I'm glad you get something out of it and that you won't regret paying a lot more for your ticket to the show than a lot of the people around you.
I cruised a guy at intermission cuz he gave off a Clive Owen vibe and then I realized it was Clive Owen !!!!! He did a fantastic job of pretending not to notice!!! #rebblelustheart
Madonna is rehearsing in the arena for the first night of the tour that starts tomorrow. Still no confirmed set list (unlike the album it appears she has managed to stop that from leaking) but now people who are outside the arena who can hear the rehearsal have confirmed a few tracks....and a lot of her old stuff is in.
Material Girl, Holiday, Give it to Me, Candy Shop, Music are all in (the some are montages together). Others she is doing for sure Heartbreak City, Unapologetic Bitch, Iconic, Ghosttown and La Vie En Rose. Also Living for Love
Namo i love u but we get it already....you don't like Madonna
Act Two: Rockabilly / Tokyo 7. “Body Shop” 8. “True Blue” 9. “Ghosttown” 10. “HeartBreak City” / “Love Don’t Live Here Anymore” 11. “Like A Virgin”
Act Three: Latin / Gypsy 12. “SEX” contains excerpts from “Justify My Love” 13. “Living For Love” 14. “La Isla Bonita” 15. “Deeper and Deeper” 16. “Music (Get Stupid)” 17. “La Vie En Rose”
"Take a Bow" is my favorite song of hers. And why in the world would she sing that awful SEX? If she's doing "Who's That Girl", she should have chosen to sing "Causing a Commotion" along with that, instead.
"Nearly sold out" is super-terrif for a gal whose shows once sold out three minutes after they went on sale. I'm psyched for everybody that her strict "I'm not interested in looking at the past" philosophy is, well, a thing of the past.
