Well, get HER!
Pattifan, your pictures of the Peak District take my breath away. I've been reading about it ever since. Are you near Mam Tor or any standing stones? Is there a special place there that you connect to? And how about that star? I may be late on that - but at some time you must have stood in the middle of a wide field at night with silence all around you, looked up and saw one star that caught you. What time of year was it? What direction were you facing?

As I rush to get ready for work I'm racing off the final few answers to your brilliant questions.
Griazabella, thanks again. Elphaba, one of my favourite people - the crown is wonderful! Justthefacts2 - you've said some lovely things and posed some great questions. And yes, Mam Tor and all those places are fantastic for walking. The sights are quite breathtaking on beautiful clear days.
Okay, favourite playwright I think would be Alan Bennet. I'm so excited that you'll get the chance to see 'The History Boys' with its original cast. This is the best new play I've seen in a long time. Wonderful, wonderful. Look out for Posner and 'Bewitched, Bothered And Bewildered' - it's perfection.
Not a huge fan of Doctor Who but I think my favourite would be Tom Baker - terrific voice.
Favourite star - I think would be the North Star. It reminds me of when I was small and returning from trips out; it's the one I'd always see when I looked up.
Katzarina, thanks for the questions.
Favourite word is 'Godspeed'
Least favourite word 'Goodbye'
I would say it was music that turned me on spiritually and creatively; there's hardly a moment when my home is without music playing in some form.
Arrogance turns me off BIG STYLE
Favourite curse word is F*CK - though I think it's too brilliant a word to use just for cursing (as some of you may testify)
The sound I love is the laughter of kids
I hate the sound of crying
The other profession I would attempt is perhaps nursing. Well, something in the caring profession.
The profession I would not like would be coal mining. That used to be the big industry where I grew up and live and which my father and grandfathers and great grandfathers all worked in. My Dad vowed it would be a job he would never see me do.
I know heaven exists - sometimes its right here on earth. However, when I arrive at the Pearly Gates I'd like to hear God say, 'I've got a double room for you and Mr. Gyllenhaal with a fantastic view of the ocean.'
Thanks again, Miss Pennywise for sharing. Shameless, nice to see you drop by. Bwayaddict - I'm so envious you have 'Sweeney' tix. I think you should donate them to COTD :)
Rath - I really missed you today. Thanks for coming to the party. Late though you may have been, it's never too late for you to arrive :)
And finally, Addy and Cooky with your lovely messages to end the day. Addy, just for you - here's a picture of the REAL Pattifan2 garden, dedicated to you and that beautiful poem...
This is where you'll find me and a pile of books on the long summer afternoons. Hard to believe when I look at it now that ten years ago it was a square mound of builders' rubble and rubbish. Nice now, though, to enjoy the fruits of my labour with a jug of Pimms in the summer.
What a lovely way to spend a day with all my BWW friends and some wonderful new ones. Thanks for the lovely words and kind messages. Talk about Red Letter Day.
I don't think I'll have access the to the Net at the appointed time for nomination so Craig said he'd do the honours for me.
One last "HUZZAH" for pattifan2
Pattifan2 has sent me the next MBCotD. Stay tuned...
By the time he reads this, Pattifan's day will be long over, but I wanted to send one more hug and shush and "get back to NYC soon!"
XOXO
Pattifan2, one of my favorites! Well deserved and congratulations!
Is everyone ready to find out who the next person is?
Quick congrats to Pattifan before I get off this computer on 10th Street and 6th Ave.

I hope you enjoyed your day pattifan!
