Work kept me from posting more....I'm gonna try and answer these before i run out of here.
Wickedrentq.....what would be the one piece of advice you'd give people to survive Jr. High and High School, or whatever you want to define as the turmoil years? Be yourself...I find when kids want to be with the "In-Crowd" they'll make fun of others who they really would like to get to know or hang with. If someone doesn't want to hang with you and you're a good person...maybe you're better off not hanging with them anyway. you have to be true to yourself otherwise you'll never be happy.
Broadway_Baby....What is one "thing" (I'm leaving this open, could be a person, quote, story, song...) that inspires you to persevere when the going gets tough? He we go again....but it's my sons...whenever I feel like giving up on something I just think..how would that make my sons feel? How can I preach to them to do better if I don't try to do my best?
How would you describe yourself in three words? Now this is how I hope people see me....warmhearted, slightly funny,touchy
beacon1....If you were to address a class of high school senior to advise them about career choices. What three things would you suggest? Computer Engineering, Funeral director(people are always dying), Teacher.
If you had the chance to have your life story filmed, who would portray you... and who would play grandma? Well my sons think that John Lloyd Young looks like me in my younger days..so I'd say him and my Grandmother most definetly would have to be played my Sophia Loren.(although she'd have to wear a fat suit).
