One thing this thread makes clear is that nobody but NOBODY wants to be trolled by Elaine anymore. If the block function could make the scores of people who don't want to be bothered by the troll invisible to it, the world, the BROADWAYworld, would be a much happier place and maybe the people the troll chased away would come back.

The constant attention just feeds her odd ego.

I know I've engaged (in the Citibike thread, for instance), because it's infuriating to see mis-information stated so emphatically. But, I'm not engaging any more.
And, I guess Rob doesn't feel that the presence breaks guidelines, so she's here to stay.
Unless we just ignore her. Completely.

I am not stating that for the specific issues mentioned here but it goes in general with any comment made by anyone. Ignore it. If you respond it only volleys the serve back the the other player to continue the conversation. Takes more than one to have a conversation.

Not true. Namo you are the #1 reason i will not go away. you have bullied alot of people here for a lot of years. every time you and i have a discussion i get tons of support. like it or not its true. just another lie. you admitting youre "poudly intolerant" and your mocking of "disagree with the view, not with the person." says it all.

I do what NYAdGal suggests. But this isn't a normal troll that withers and dies without attention. This is a troll that is like kudzu and will spread and strangle the life out of a place as part of its mission. Interesting it's sooo focused on me and past conflicts that happened long before it was ever here (allegedly). In fact, there is only one troll who ever had such a bee in its bonnet about me specifically. And I won't HAZARD a guess as to what its nom was.
