I make every effort to avoid responding to trolls, or any incendiary posts or comments. That said, it's a shame the mods don't do a better job at their job. Far too many threads are sidetracked by a handful of posters who have nothing of value to add to any conversation.

In a world where a person can stand up firmly against a troll who says that action alone Meagan's you are at war with anybody who disagrees with you, it's easy to see why Rob had to being the block function back. At least this thread shows that even among the many Mames and Vera's at each other's throats in this thread, that troll is an annoyance to all of them and most think something else needs to be done about it.
Rob, can we get a function like on other websites that makes it so some members never see our posts? Sort of a two way block? Like on let's say, I dunno, maybe Scruff or some such?

I think the answer to all of these questions is obvious. Who would want more traffic on bww? So many amazing posters here who are very smart and otherwise very entertaining, dont actually ignore the trolls and keep them engaged. I'll admit that sometimes it's difficult not to.

Wow...yesterday afternoon before I left work this thread had 3 maybe 4 comments. I had no idea that so many of you did not attend the theater last night but instead continued to write this epic drama. Congrats.

Why don't you use the block feature? You asked for it, but none of you seem to be using it.

I do use the block feature. I was just speaking on behalf of what I know are still problems here. I also do want to know why a certain poster with a semi-inappropriate name can't be blocked.
