I do not care about his personality!!! And, I am glad that you were kidding about the oral sex. No one was more angry than I was at Clinton. 2000 soldiers did not die in Somolia. How many died in Kosovo?

Now, my memory is that of a youth, but we were not scared when Reagan was in office!

We hate policies not people!!!

Reading a child’s story was not.

I didn't just lose a best friend...he was so much more than that, but thank you for those kind words, it truly means a lot.

I know the video clip you are talking about. Its the video the liberal media loves to show. Its when the President is hearing about the first plane and the idea that it may have been high-jacked, as he's sitting in the class with the kids.

When it became apparent that they had more planes unaccounted for, they didn't know if it was safe to move the President. They knew the building he was in, was secure as was the parimeter. Beyond that, they didn't know. They couldn't move the President until they were sure that the route to the plane was safe and "covered" and that the plane could take off with about half-dozen fighter jets to intercept any possible threat. And there was so many other security factors that we'll never know about.

I find it interesting that you you bring up past" Leader's " but don't say anything about Bush snr, was that just something you missed/forgot about, were you not in your own country at the time ?
There was the first " Gulf War " but in your post you seemed to have missed that one..
From a outsiders view, that seems rather funny !!Don't you think ?

Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist. Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino. This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more. Tazber's: Reply to Is Stephen Schwartz a Practicing Christian

If he does a hero-flyover

Being an Australian, and having read this hole thread, could someone please tell me what "BUSH" has done to make him a Hero?

I didn't say HERO...I said HELO...as helicopter...my grandfather was a full-bird Colonel in Army and West Point Grad, he always called it a helo. Sorry.

Those kids would have understood.

What really pisses me off is that those Avenue Q writers were wrong!

The Mayor of New Orleans just said on CNN that the internet reports that the President was returning to Washington!

Hey, Finding Nemo...make sure brdylwyr comes with me...he started with the "here's what Clinton would have done" crap.

I agree...Bush is on is own. There's no turning back and saying its Clinton's fault. But you guys are all but blaming the hurricane on Bush. Its such crap.

The point is Bush can't win you folks over no matter what he does. If he went, you'ld be screaming he did for the PR. If he shows no reaction, he doesn't care.

Let's be honest here...if he went, did a press conference, hugged a few homeless people, went on the air and said, "we are going to rebuild and give these people billions in aid".

What would you have said. "Oh, bravo Mr. President...well done!"
I think not...you would have said..."oh, what a figgin phony...he's been on vacation for 12 weeks in Texas and only pops his head out when there's a crisis to take advantage of, just to get some photo-ops with some homeless people, this man has no conscience".

Tell me I'm wrong!!!

"but we were not scared when Reagan was in office!"

That's strange...my parents, who voted for Reagan TWICE, were scared. It was the high point of the cold war; in 1980 (the year Reagan won) their mortgage rate was 14.5%, there was a gas shortage, inflation was out of control, according to my parents, it was the worst economically they remember to this very date. During his adminastration, Reagan basically threatened Gorbachov (sp?) to make a deal. Do you remember when Reagan stormed out of the Summit in Finland (I think - Rechivic, Finland -the spelling is way off) and gave the Russians a week to call him with a deal.

In 1972 there were only 30 democracies in the world...do you know how many there are today??? I'll bet you don't. Do you know what country is primarily responsible for the dramatic increase in democracies around the world?

Ok...just catching up to the other posts.

First of all, I don't know Rodney. I don't know anyone by the name of Rodney.

I promise you, on the grave of my best friend, I am new here to Broadway World. I have never registered here, I've never lurked here. I actually had to ask what an avtar was...I really didn't know.

I will tell you that I am white, 33 year old male, proud conservative republican (but not on all issues) finally dealing with some issues that I should have dealt with nearly 15 or 16 years ago. I am trying to change careers, heading toward music theater, have overcome horrible stage fright, trying to lose a few lbs, working out every day, eating better and enjoying more of my life.

I don't want to fight with anyone here. I love this place (except on this issue :)) But I do love fair and healthy exchanges of opinion. Can't I still have my beliefs and be friends here with you all? I only formulate my opinion about those I interact with based upon how they treat me, and how they treat those I love and care about; I never have and never will judge someone because of their politics...if I did, and only hung out with "conservatives"...I would have missed out on some of the best loves of my life...both men and women!

Oh, so a terrified closeted gay man who overcompensated by becoming a very conservative Republican? Wow, there's a narrative we've never heard before!!!! EVER.

Perhaps you should see a Comfort Counselor and have a juice box, throw your scarf around your neck and fly off toward the horizon? You know where the freepers are, and it ain't here.

I hate to be like this, but instead of arguing about who's fault things are, I think ya'll need to ask yourselves what have you done to help these poor people out?

When you get over your self loathing of your own closted Republican ass, maybe you'll find your rigid world view changes. Until then, I'm with MJR.
