re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

I kind of thought I sang it with my own Rathnait spin...

re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

of course you did, pooky! :) It was gorgeous...it fit the role very well. You've a lovely instrument.
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you. Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

I certainly hope not...I haven't gagged since junior high.

(I DO hope you all read that and will be flooding me with PMs now.)

re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

COOKIE! Ahem...

Does everyone know that ducks and geese have no gag reflexes?

Animal-rights activists who decry that foie gras is made by forcing food down the throats of ducks and geese don't take into account what it's like to be born with no gag reflex. Ducks and geese are genetically equipped to take large objects down their throats. Very large. Like big bullfrogs and long fat eels.

TMI, my arse...you of ALL people!!!! *huffy* Why, I never...

Do you REMEMBER what happened on E. 4th St that night? Hmm? HMM? HMMMM? Don't MAKE me refresh you, dear...

TMI, my FOOT.
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you. Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

Well, there's such a thing as TMI IN PUBLIC, Jaily m'deah. And "that night" is just one of many things that shouldn't be put into print. re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

Did we stop talking about my singing and how great I am? Damn.

re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

Never in all my moons upon this great flying mudball have I heard a soprano of such crystalline purity and diaphanous, evanescent beauty as that of our dear, beloved Rathnait.
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you. Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

That was sincere.

re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

I couldnt' get them to talk about my great singing for very long either. Oh, well, if we can't talk about me, we can have lots of sexual innuendo, my 2nd favorite topic.

re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

*shock-ed gasp* That was COMPLETELY sincere, ma cherie!
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you. Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

Really?? My goodness. That's quite flattering then - thank you!

Okay, onto sexual innuendo.

re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

Well, come on, Jaily! Sure, you might have never really heard me sing, but can't you brag about me? Me, me, me! This is not Poppy's thread!

re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

The hell I haven't heard you sing, you fool. We belted our heads off at Marie's together the day we met. Remember? Sheesh.

I could, however, wax poetic about some of your *other* talents, if you like. re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!
