Hey--I just got my head shots done and they're really my first pro pics--I'd like to know which ones people like and if I should retouch them or not. Thanks!

I don't know much about headshots, but I think they look nice. Of course, I'm not a guy, so I don't know if you'd care about my opinion

Okay, that worked.

There are a lot of pics, and we don't know you, so it would be easier if you could narrow it down for us by what you like and what you believe looks most like "you", i.e., shows your personality, and let us look at those.

I like #22 and #42 for the background best. I got mine taken recently in The Cloisters area also (is that where you were?)

As for retouching, yes, get it done. Just don't let them overdo it. It does make a nice subtle difference. Don't let Reproductions do it though.

PM me if you want a good retoucher who is reasonable.

well, i chose the jacket and dress shirt pics for serious stuff and straight plays, the jacket/t-shirt pics and the brown polo are more for commercial work and musicals...

I usually play comic supporting roles in musicals, villains and toadies in plays...

The repro company is LA-based, as was the photographer...

And of course I care what you think, orangeskittles! You're one of my faves!
