Alot of christains have. I dont think god has a problem with sexuality and bodies. Why would he make the human body so attractive if it should not bring us pleasure. The Christian faith is diffrent for everyone. Clearly she has a relationship with God diffrent from yours. Allow God to judge someone. I bet some of he stuff you do in your life is not completly moral in some eyes.

I have never claimed to be moral. I don't speak at Christian Women's conferences or release gospel albums. She is specifically a Baptist. The Baptist denomination of Christianity does not condone sex outside of marriage or the promotion of it. FHM does. I never once questioned her morals, I questioned her judgement in posing for this magazine. And no, a Christian whose witness is important to them can not pose for Playboy.

I admire Kristin as a performer, I personally don't care what she does/believes in her personal life.
It is a bit of a swing to do a cover of Guideposts and then FHM (which as someone said is a step below Playboy, just a few well placed pieces of cloth).
FHM is known as the magazine where B list celebrities go to show off their *ahem* assets.
Kristin is in the arena of self-promotion, in an industry that requires you to get your name out there. FHM just represents a different area of the population. It's not a magazine you'll ever see a serious actress on the cover of, but for getting your name and "assets" out there to the testosterone crowd, it's a nice score.
She's playing up the I'm a good girl who's sometimes naughty.
She will certainly gain exposure from FHM. Just with a different audience.

Posted: 1/25/06 at 12:01amMy slight problem with what she's done is that she did it in FHM, and I despise those objectifying "laddy" magazines. (Or whatever the heck they're called.) It has nothing to do with her religion for me, because as far as I've seen her religious beliefs have mostly caused her to sing religious music, and this isn't exactly going back on that.

d5johnston: No, I don't consider Halle Berry a serious actress. She's had some great performances, but the getting paid extra $$ for Swordfish to be topless dropped her out of that category for me (as did trying to hold out for X3 and Catwoman was lame)
Playboy is one of the magazines that people say the "articles are really good" (which is true sometimes) whereas I've never heard anyone even say there's print in FHM!
I thought the Old Navy commercials was a step in "taking a paycheck" and exposing oneself, but this is a new level.
The fake nails are to me the least flattering part of the photo.
Otherwise, at least now when I say "Kristin Chenoweth" I can say "she was on FHM's cover" and the straight guys will know who I'm talking about.
