Joe I have said repeatedly that there are both good things and bad in it. Again, I think it was rushed and whether it was 10k or 1k pags ourreps have said they didn't have enough time to read it. And yes they can choose not to join.

My credibility? Um, If ANYONE has credibility issues here it's you. I stand by my comments. This same 'liberal media' gave the Iraq war a free pass,asking no tough questions at all. They let Bush get away with so much and did not dare speak out against the war.Every right winger/Tea Bagger I know makes this claim that the media is left wing. I love how one friend of mine trashes the New York Times and says they are not a credible source.However, if there is a story that is not flattering towards Obama and its in the New York Times,they will send me the article and gloat about how this means they are right about everything.

Sarah Palin bitched and moaned about the lame stream media and how they treated her unfairly. Palin could not even answer a question to Katie Couric like what newspaper she reads. Whenever the media/press exposes the stupidity of a conservative politician they are accused of being biased. As if it was the media that gave a dumb answer to a fair question. However, when the media reports about the Anthony Weiner scandal non stop or any scandal involving a Democrat,well they are only doing their job. Like I said. With Republicans there are two sets of rules. The hypocrisy is just incredible.

I got into an argument when first Weiner scandal broke 2 years ago. A right wing friend would not stop talking about it. He was just trashing Weiner non stop. I agreed with him. I told him how I admired the things he had done but he really screwed up and should resign. Then I brought up the Foley scandal. The David Vitter scandal and the Larry Craig scandal. This guy just became outraged. He swore at me, accused me of changing the subject,I had never seen him so angry before. He did not talk to me or return any of my emails for about a month. I see this as a pattern when it comes to the Tea Party idiots.

I find the press overall neutral.They'll attack anyone,Republican or Democrat if there is a juicy story there.

I take back my claim about yiur credibility. That was wrong. I just disagree. I apologize. Yiu can't say they attacked weiner and say see that proves it. He's a low level politician and a national joke. The media at first yes didn't say anythi g about iraq. But they more than made up for it before and during the election. And gitmo. And torture. And patriot act. But they hardly say a peep that obama has pretty much continued all of this (which I give him credit, he saw that he needed it) despite running on the laughable slogan of HOPE AND CHANGE. whic should make these policies that much worse.

Your friend prob uses the ny times cuz whenever he brings something up I bet yiu say oh that's fox doesn't count. Oh that's rush that doesn't count. And those examples I guarantee are not on page 1 or editorials.

You said you came here 10 years ago in another post. That would have been 2003,when the Iraq war began. How do you know what was being said in the press prior to the lead up to the war? How old are you now? Were you really following the Iraq war that closely when you were 10 years old or so?

I don't see Hope & Change as being laughable. We are gonna have national healthcare in this country. This would not have happened under McCain or Romney. Obama is a breath of fresh air compared to Bush. We are seen differently worldwide because of it. Obama is fixing the economy Bush and the Republicans screwed up.Obama has done alot where he can brag about hope and change. You are still on your parent's healthcare for example.

I have dismissed most of the things he has said because of Fox News. Its not a credible news site IMO.This person,like most Tea Baggers thinks an editorial or OP in the Wall Street Journal or New York Post means whatever he says is true and credible. Most people nowadays have to dig in order to get the real news. If I hear something I usually go to several different news sites to see who is reporting it before I believe it. I have friends who will actually use Radar online or TMZ as a legitimate news source. Now, if it is about a celebrity who has died or been arrested then yeah, they might be right. However, if TMz breaks a story that Kanye West and Bill Clinton are getting high in Kanye's limo then I'm gonna need to see the proof and story elsewhere.

I find Fox News viewers and those who get their news from Drudgereport,Brietbart,World Net Daily,Washington Times,New York Post,News Max,News Busters,etc. usually want to read the news they want to hear.

Siny I just saw your pot and its ridiculous. Russians ukraines latvians are famous like Jamaicans for having multiple jobs and learning english within. A year of ariving. This is probably due to the fact that we are not pandered to with everything written I. Russian as they are in some other languages. Thank goodness. This is why you will not see many of us in poverty for generstions.. and I don't know anyone with one of those obamaphones

My Dad would kick me out of the house if I didn't go to collegem of failed. Plus I am forced to have a job too.

My dad and older sister are pain in the butts and very political though I often disagree with them on social issues. I was in debate thru HS and took a lot of political and history classes. Plus I read a lot.

One more try: Sue, you objected to the ACA because it was "10,000 pages long." Twice. That was your stated reason it was a BAD LAW. When I told you that was incorrect, that you had exaggerated the length by TEN TIMES, you were dismissive, vague and then, in a fit of chutzpah, brought the length up again (Twice) dismissively, even implying well it COULD be a 1000 pages, or it could be 10,000, either way it's too long.

Why in the world would anyone value the opinions of someone like that? You have nothing of value to offer here. It's not about being nice, or polite or whatever you are going to try to sell next- it's about being accurate, it's about backing your opinions up with facts.

Think about it Sue- if a theater reviewer says they didn't like Wicked because of Madame Morrible's ten minute, full-frontal nude scene and you KNOW there is no such scene, is that reviewer's opinions EVER going to be valid? No. They are not.
