Thank you! Norbert was my first Broadway love. "Dancing Through Life" secured my love, and I'll always be grateful to him for that. Because then I went out and got L5Y and Scoundrels, and was thus introduced to the enormous world outside of Wicked. Norbert=love.

I saw Kris as Fiyero when I went to Wicked last spring. He's really good.

I do believe that I have the same story as you do. I first fell in love with Norbert through Wicked and then bought L5Y and DRS.

I haven't seen Kris as Fiyero but I hear he's wonderful.

I'm posting on behalf of my sister, who got to see DRS when I wanted to, but couldn't. She said that Norbert does a fine job of acting, and she thinks that his voice is awesome in the song "Dancing Through Life". I really regret not being able to go with her, but then again, I'm not in band. . .

Derrick was my first Fiyero. He's amazing. You have to go in with an open mind, though. He doesn't sound like any other Fiyero.

To get back on topic, tz0o, your sister is lucky. I myself haven't seen DRS yet.

I love DRS with all my heart. I really wish I could go see Norbert and Gregs last show in July.

If Greg and Norbert are leaving on the same day I might just have to get a ticket for that day, since I vowed to myself that I'd see the show before Norbert leaves and what better time than his last?

I saw DRS full cast yesterday @ 2. Norbert was amazing, All About Ruprecht couldn't be better

I wonder if Norbert will be at the Rent benefit tomorrow. I would assume he would be since he is alumni but you know what happens when you assume....

don't mean to threadjack but are they bringing everyone back for the RENT benfit? Ensemble too? Norbert was a swing after all, maybe he'll get to sing...well, a girl can wish (haha not that I'm going or anything )

All the past and present cast members were invited to the benefit so that's why I'm assuming he'll be there. If that's the case then they are going to have some amazing people there.

Wickedrentq, if you see Timothy Britten Parker get a picture with him then you can send it to me for his website that I run. Tell him you're friends with Sara. :)

Doesn't look like, from what I've heard from friends and the video on BWW, that Norbert was at the Rent 10 benefit.

I'm kind of suprised but not really. Considering that is his only night off but he was part of the OBC as a swing which is why it surprises me a little.

Technically, Nobert wasn't an OBC swing...he joined a few months later to replace David Driver was absolutely sucked. I mean, I guess that doesn't really matter since he was with the OBC for a long time, but, just saying. :)

Don't know if this was posted, but Sherie wasn't there either. Not suprising...she probably thinks the fans still hate her.

Good question, Liz. Everyone, be sure to check the site tomorrow as I am having sign-ups for the chat. This will last until Sunday evening. I am also waiting to hear back from Norbert regarding this so the format of the chat will not be set just yet. I will hopefully know by Friday.
