I'm confused on why this board dies so fast also. I know a lot of my friends who are Norbert fans. Maybe it's just that we can't keep up with the 94039240324 Adam fans.

I've seen a video of her. Her Maureen would rank somewhere in the middle to me. I didn't like her Over The Moon that much, but I've seen ones that annoyed me a lot, and this one didn't. But it was VERY different from Idina's. I just feel so bad for her...definitely not boo worth at all. She didn't deserve that.

Rent fans absolutely despised her because she got the role instead of Kristen, hence the alledged booing.

Kristen was great in Rent but Rent fans needed to just chill. Although I've never seen Sherie in the part of Maureen, I'm sure she wasn't horrible.

You think Idina fans are bad? Kristen fans are just as bad. They apparently made tapes of both Kristen and Sherie's Over The Moons and sent them to the producers to prove that Kristen got more moos, for one thing.

Sherie's Maureen was just vastly different from Idina, and the fact that she was the first replacement, combined with the fact that she was an outsider who got the part over someone they loved just meant that she couldn't win. It took people a long time to warm up to Marcy also, just because she replaced Daphne.

I know the whole Marcy replacing Daphne thing was big. I just don't understand why fans would be so disrespectful. No one is expecting these replacements to be just like the original. Or maybe some people are but either way, it's wrong.

I don't think Norbert went through a lot of harm when he replaced Adam. Of course, Norbert was swing so I guess people knew who he was and how talented he was.

The thing about Nobert was, he had already been with the cast for long time, so he wasn't considered an outsider. And Norbert was GOOD, and they had already seen that. He didn't have to prove himself.

I think the fans lobbied to have Nobert be the next Roger, because originally they weren't going to let them. I've read something about the producers saying that it's easier to train a lead than a swing.

The general consensus NOW is that Marcy was pretty good, but she was insulted quite a lot back then.

I guarentee you, if it had been Yaz or Shayna replacing Daphne, they wouldn't have gotten any of the flack that Marcy did.

I haven't heard much about Michael, who replaced Jesse, the third cast member to leave, so I don't know how the fans reacted to that, but it was a huge deal with Idina and Daphne.

Katt, that's what I thought. Personally I've only heard of the fans hating Marcy and Sherie because they weren't Daphne or Idina. I can understand them wanting an OBC member to take over but I still it's crazy that so many people hated them just because they took over for them.

I saw the show again tonight. As always, it's in great shape and I had a great time. This was the first time I'd ever won any lotto, so I was excited.

And as usual, NLB was awesome. I'll definately miss him once he's gone.
