Given that the challenge was a "makeover", Kini's was actually my favorite (though the skirt could have been a titch shorter). Korina's was very nice, but I didn't feel like it gave a ballerina a makeover. I've known many professional primas in the past and that's precisely what you'd expect them to wear when going out, ESPECIALLY if they're from the Ukraine or Russia. Alexander deserved to go home for that fugly ill-fitting crop-top highlighting the underboob, but Char's days of bad 80s peplum are numbered. She squeaked by despite the zipper fiasco simply because her majorette costume fit and was...you know...sewn. As for the flamenco dress, it just needed some editing. The ruffles were WAY too big and I actually liked the bottom, but it was just a bit too much. Excellent choice in fabric, though. A huge step-up from the bipolar Russian immigrant American Girl. That outfit was both manic and depressing, though the girl modeling it was hilariously uninhibited.
