If you say so Wicked. We just know different Americans!

I do thank Brittney for recording one certain song though! I went to a Nickle Creek concert here in Denver in Dec. of 2005 and they did one of the best covers of a song I have heard in a very long time. The song was "Toxic". There were evidently people who knew and liked the song in the audience, but most of the people there either didn't know it or didn't like it because a lot of people started talking or going for drinks and to the bathroom. But if you like the song, look for Nickle Creek's live CD coming out late this year/early next year. My understanding is that it will be included.

Britney needs to drop out of sight for a while. As much as I love watching a celebrity meltdown, I love a redemption story even more. I've never been a Britney fan, but I've never paid more attention to her than I have in the past few months or so.

(Where's Whitney right now? Isn't she about due for a triumphant comeback?)

Those poor kids. Britney is definitely too immature and f*cked up to take care of her own self, let alone two kids. However, I have no idea what kind of parent K. Federline is.

Britney's on a downslide. I wonder if she'll get it together before it's too late. It takes more than a few weeks or months to become a mature adult. I don't see things improving very soon.

Whitney is working on her new CD and slowly and quietly rebuilding her image. She has popped up at a few events. And looking good too! If I am not mistaken, Clive Davis is bringing her back.

I think this is the most spectacular celebrity physical/mental breakdown since Elvis.

I just don't understand why this girl receives the coverage that she does. At least Elvis had talent.

I think it's sad that she's constantly labled "trainwreck" and "crazy" when she really should be called strong. I don't know many people that could deal with all the sh*t that she deals with.

You are kidding, right? She is not "dealing" with it. That is the problem. If she were dealing with it she would have her kids. She would be in rehab, she would not be inviting the paparazzi into the bathroom with her, she would be wearing freaking underwear!

Strong? That is a laugh.
She is an addict and very possibly bipolar.
She needs help and if she were "STRONG" she would be getting it.

You know, wickedfieryoofoz, that it IS possible to keep a low profile in LA. Yes, if that means she stays home and doesn't tell the press where she is having lunch or going to Target so be it.

And you do realize that if they WERE to leave her alone you would have no access to all the myriad details that you seem to be obsessed with.

PEACE.

I think its sad that, considering everything else happening in the world today, so much press time is devoted to Britney. There are more important things to concentrate on than a washed out piece of trailer trash.

I agree, Marc. Why are we so focused on Britney's kids and Ellen's dog and all that when we have a war going on? Most of my peers couldn't name three presidential candidates but could certainly tell you the latest in Britney's trainwreck life. It reminds me of a conversation I had with a friend last night, expressing exactly what I just expressed. And my friend responded, "oh, you didn't hear/ They amended the Constitution last night. Ellen DeGeneres' dog is the new executive branch. Wherever it barks, we invade."

"I can't figure out what kind of life this is, comedy or tragedy, I just know it's showbiz. And what if I don't agree with the lines I have to read? They don't pay me enough, the way I see it."

This is what happens to little girls who present themselves as nothing more than slutty whores. I mean, has she ever really done anything other than present herself as a slutty whore? As opposed to a chaste one, or one with a heart of gold, or one who could sing, or one who could dance, etc.? I'm astonished that anyone actually cares.

Hey you let me know the next time you get divorced, have a baby, go to rehab, try to restart your career, lose your children, and be forced to live with a constant cloud photographers whenever you choose to leave your home (and when you don't) all within a year. But hey maybe you're right. That might not require any strength just to get through. Yep you're probably right.

Let's not forget that she also married once for what, 48 hours? Married again, for what? Less than two years? Popped out two kids, was photographed without her knickers, shaved her head, ran into someone's car, drove without a valid drivers license, goes through personal assistants, nannies and P.R. people like water. Surrounds herself with enablers, shows no sign of caring if she has custody of her children or not. Gave a lack luster and laughable performance that was supposed have been the start of her "comeback". And currently seems to be uninterested in meeting the guidelines set up by the judge in her custody case.

Yup...poor Britney.

I'm not saying I agree with everything that she does or that she's some sort of hero or any kind of role model. And she's not asking for the pity of the general public. I'm just saying that she has had a lot of s*it to deal with. Whether she's dealing with everything correctly isn't the point. I'm just saying that she's trying...that requires strength.

How exactly do you KNOW that she's trying? Do you read minds? Why do you keep insisting that it is fact when it is only your supposition. I'm curious.

She remedied the drivers License issue...
She's been submitting to AND PASSING the drug tests...
She just settled her "hit and run" case...
She's been partying FAR less...no clubs at all since the custody situation
career wise she's been in and out of recording studios and the owner of the Millennium Dance Studio said she's become a regular again.
The list goes on...And the above statements aren't my opinion... every move she makes is photographed/ documented.

Kevin's Lawyer: Britney Will Get Visitation Back Soon

No baby Blackout yet: A day after court documents revealed that Britney Spears's visitation rights were revoked, her ex Kevin Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan tells PEOPLE she will likely regain the privilege before their next court hearing on Oct. 26.

"She has complied with the part of the order [causing the suspension]," Kaplan says. "I expect that visitation will be reinstated."

The document released Thursday stated, "[Spears's] visitation with the minor children is suspended pending [her] compliance with court orders."

A Spears source gave more insight into the decision, telling PEOPLE Spears was unreachable for court-related calls due to bad reception at her Malibu home. Despite repeated attempts to reach the singer on her cell phone, the source says Spears "waited" but "it never rang."

Kaplan, speaking to PEOPLE Thursday as he was leaving dinner at Katsuya restaurant in Brentwood, also confirmed that Britney and Kevin's 730 evaluations – which involve a third party assessing the quality of parenting and making observation-based recommendations regarding the final custody arrangement – have begun.

Therapy Sessions
As for the co-parenting therapy sessions she and Federline must attend together: "They are just about to do that."

This latest development follows an endless string of major and minor legal mandates including working with a parenting coach and submitting to random drug tests. After losing her custody temporarily on Oct. 1, Spears appeared and was granted one overnight visit a week with sons Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

According to a source, Spears is currently doing "fine."
