I actually agreed with the elimination this week, but christ on a cracker Joe needs to go. He's done nothing but piss me off this entire time.
Right now my favorites are LeAnne (is that spelled right?!) and Kenley. Kenley may be a whiny brat most of the time but I really like her stuff...except for this weeks. I'm an Aquarius and how the DUMP was that an Aquarius outfit? I also like Korto...

Love the show, but this is the worst season yet.
I can't believe Suede referred to himself as Suede on the runway. Idiot.

I think Kenley is talented, but she was really getting on my nerves last night. I thought she might be going because they gave so much airtime to her being obliviously obnoxious.
I suppose Terri didn't make the team with Kevin work, but my God is that boy a whiny punk-ass bitch! Maybe--just maybe--he's edited to look that way, but I was thinking last night that if I were Keith watching this, I would be squirming. I was embarrassed for him. (I felt the same way the night he was eliminated.)

Kenley has gotten a Liiiiiiiittle too confident, the way she was "telling Heidi" a thing or two. And her other comments-please! I like her designs, though. And I even almost liked last night's if it had a bit less drama in the sleeves.
Kors was right-that model definitely had large clumps of fabric emanating from her rear end. That was so ugly it was an insult to the judges!
I'm glad he and Terri went. Terri's another one who's too full of herself.

I haven't connected with the Designers this season the way I have in the past, yet I still am glued to it...
LeAnn has really emerged as the frontrunner for me.
#334re: Project Runway 5
Posted: 9/11/08 at 5:16pmI agree......LeAnne has come on strong in recent weeks!

it's interesting how the challenge changes things.
Last week, with the designs made from car parts, I was in love with all the designs save two.
Last night, I couldn't stand any of them.

I think the top 3 will be Korto, Joe and Leanne.
Leanne was kind of a non-factor at the beginning, but she has done some fantastic work in the last few challenges. I don't like Joe, as he's pretty much a a jerk...but I have to admit his work has been consistently among the top. And Korto has been consistent and at times really great.
I think all four in the bottom deserved to go home last night. Blayne was definitely the worst, but Terri, Suede and Kenley were all equally bad. Suede's was boring and tacky, Terri's was cheap and too costumey, Kenley's didn't fit the challenge at ALL.
I thought Joe or Leanne should have won.

STP, I completely agree.
I didn't see LeAnne coming in the first few episodes, but she's really brought her game recently.
I suspect Joe isn't really that big a jerk. And again, I have to say that, remembering prior seasons, these guys are all ****cats.

While I like the designs of Korto and Leanne, there are no personalities to root for this year.
When the "text your fan favorite" ad popped up, I couldn't come up with one name.

Personality-wise, I like Leanne the best. Design-wise, I like Leanne the best. Korto did it for me the first episode, but nothing after that.
Suede calling himself in the third person really bothers me. Plus, he uses it very inconsistently, so it doesn't make any sense at all. Michael Kor's comments last night about it was so damn funny.
Blayne's was so so so so bad, but I started liking him these past couple of episodes. He seems like this nice clueless guy.
What Terri sent down the runway last night was horrible. It was better with the faux fur wrap.
Seude or Joe is next to go.
Kenley has such a big ego, and she was being really bitchy to Heidi at the museum. I do not like this girl at all. SH*Tty personality.

Posted: 9/11/08 at 7:25pmOh, I think Joe is a shoo-in for Bryant Park. Compared to most of the contestants, he's made some great garments and has had some innovative designs.

STP, I agree that LeAnne and Korto will be going to Bryant Park, but I wouldn't be too surprised if Jerell made it in instead of Joe.
That being said, I would not have given it to Jerell last night. I felt LeAnne or Joe should have one.
#344re: Project Runway 5
Posted: 9/11/08 at 7:35pmI completely forgot about Jerell. I agree that he could be a dark horse if he steps up his game.

The top 4 designers' collections are up on Getty Images:

Leanne is the clear winner for me. Amazing stuff.
If the link doesnt work, go to gettyimages.com and search "Project Runway" and the designer's name.

I hadn't checked out your link before I posted that, so wasn't sure if they were only posting 4 collections.
But, all 6 of the remaining contestants showed their collections this morning. It will be interesting to see who the finalists are, but I have my guesses.
There was an amazing collection of Project Runway Alumni there this morning, also! Fun event!
